Damian Hernandez was great at assisting us with all our upgrades and ensured we left satisfied. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion because he really knows what he's doing and how to provide the best customer service.

Employee I was helped by was professional and had good customer service . But I was misinformed about how payments are processed through this location, since it's a authorized dealer not an actual Verizon store . Had to wait two days for the payment to be in the system and have my service back on. Huge inconvenience since I use my phone for work . Called customer service , agent had an attitude. I would Avoid this place and go to an actual Verizon store .

After an awful experience at another Verizon store, we headed east to this location. The customer service is night and day. From being professionally greeted to all our questions being answered with transparency and recommendations given by Devon, we left fully satisfied. Thank you!

Do not trust the store manager Estefani Segura or Heron Fernandez.They are either stealing from the company or from their customers.Verizon need to seriously look into this branch and employees.

$50 bogus "convenience" charge for making account changes? I was simply joining an existing plan with a new line, and I paid the $50. Unfortunately Verizon has proved to be an unbearable carrier with the worst customer service in existence. Over 3 hours on the phone with zero cell service. Completely incompetent staff over at Verizon corporate, but that's a story for another time. Anyways, I cancel all service for Verizon and speak with this store about refunding the fee, as no service was completed or provided. I was briefly denied with no real solid reason as to why the fee is non-refundable. Sounds like a bogus way for these slimy workers to get their commission perhaps? Nonetheless, I recommend taking business to other carriers and perhaps avoiding the whole brick and mortar operations to avoid bogus charges that are nothing but lining their pockets.
