We went in today to get my mom a new phone. We were greeted by the employees and helped by Pedro. He was extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend going to this location !

go to a different verizon. got a new phone and did an early upgrade, i also got a new line and kept persisting changing our plan and that it would make it cheaper only to find out there was an increase on the bill. They reassured my old line would be cancelled but its been over a month and still running and being charged. They only care about pushing their commissions and very long wait times.

Horrible experience just came for a pick up and after 40 min someone decided to help me out, plus there was only 2 staff members and a third one that was entering and leaving the store ?♂️

Seena was the one helping us purchase and set up our phone and tablet and he was great! He was very patient and kind, informative and explained everything clearly. Wonderful experience would recommend him everytime (especially when dealing with older people too).
