Sales associate was professional and accommodating. I was presented with all available options and was able to make an educated decision and know my money was spent wisely. I am very pleased with my choice and would recommend this location to any one.

We came to the Mission Grove store after being treated very rudely at the new Verizon store on Van Buren. We needed to switch from other accounts and needed 4 new phones, so lots to do. Diego was extremely patient and competent in completing all the tasks required to get us up and running. I needed to make a change with my watch so went back the next day and Julie was amazingly helpful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and the friendliness of these two! Refreshing😀

NEVER go to this store again was suppose to get a free iPad with new purchase and upgrade and they called said it was ready for pick up went to store and was told it was not there. Manager at the time said it was given to someone else and I would get another. NEVER HAPPENED and they would not return my calls.

Overall experience was excellent. I do not like dealing with purchasing a new phone but Patrick made the process easy, fast and smooth. He explained everything along the way and set my phone up in no time. Patrick was very professional.

Ruben S. is a terrific employee of your company! I found him to be well informed, patient, attentive and a very confident guide. He was not pushy whatsoever and because of kind/suggestive manner, I ended up purchasing a lot more than I initially planned. Had he been excessively suggestive and too intense, I would have just purchased a less expensive phone and would have balked at adding any additional accessories. Ruben's calm and professional manner gives Verizon a good name.

Got off work early to go to this Verizon store which says open until 8pm to find out they closed early.. The door also says they close at 8pm.. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!
