Can only comment on dog grooming services, which were a bad experience with the groomer, not the store. They tell me it might take 2 to 3 hours, but called me back in 30 minutes. My dog was still damp, had loose hairs on its coat, smelled, ears not totally clean, and teeath did not look like they were done, no nails trimmed i9or glans done as specifically requested. Will not go back there again. I called customer service, but the gentleman I talked to had a heavy accent, and we had a difficult time trying to understand each other.

My dog, Bruno, and I have seen so much improvement since starting training. Jaclyn is truly passionate and knowledgeable about what she does, and is extremely patient. We brought Bruno to her with no prior training, and he has already learned so many new commands. My husband and I really enjoy how she explains things and breaks cues into more simple steps to help us and Bruno understand and keep us engaged. We just enrolled in level two and can't wait to see how much Bruno learns!

This place is a joke have over six workers two at register and two helping with a bird and others just walking around took over 30 min just to get help with a single fish ridiculous would of took five minutes tops crap service workers then stood for a while just talking as if they're not at work as if I didn't ask three times for help.

Sent this to corporate but after 2 weeks no resolution, no phone call, or accountability at this time. If they only had a ZERO for the star. No stars on my part. Sent to corporate 12/27/2022. Also, sent to Next door neighborhood watch Anyone shop Petco on Day street? My complaint to corporate. Doubt it will do anything but at least i vented. Thanks for listening. To whom it may concern, I'm not sure how value your customers but I had a bad experience in store #01164. Did not feel valued at all. Disrespect and humiliated. Working the register when I asked directions to the restroom. Said it's not for public. Told her, I'm a costumer. Then she said she doesn't have a key. The sign at the door said for employees only, then begged her for the key. I asked where she goes, said, " I don't ". Really? Directed me to Big Lots %%^#} ...I'm going to pee my pants and can't use the restroom? Serenity also served us at the register, very poor service. She was argumentative, accusatory and confrontational. She said she was the manager? She refused the key and after changing her story 3 times, she is not to be trusted. If this is the standard we will shop elsewhere. One day Serenity you will find yourself in the same situation and likely pee your pants when you get to be of age. Remember this Serenity. What goes around comes around. Is this Standard of practice in all your stores? Is this how you value your customers? Do we need to shop somewhere else now? I peed before I could get to a restroom. How humiliating is that? Imagine that YOU! Serenity NEVER apologized or tried to help. She failed. Best regards, Cynthia Angelone

Erika is the best groomer. My 9 year old corgi absolutely hates getting groomed but has no issues with Erika! She always comes out happy, fluffy, and smelling great. We love Erika!

Called to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time. Staff had the availability and was able to switch appointment time effortlessly. This Vetco has no separate room. Which is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. The technicians and staff were towards the back of the store and there were no curtains or separate space to tend to my pet. Aside from that, service was great, price for vaccine was $28.

Don't bother with this store or it's vetco services. Not worth it. Careless, disorganized and a waste of your time. Vet Gene Chou bounced out and when approached to see if my pet could still be microchipped after i explained Petcos F Up, vet could care less to still consider seeing my pet. Wow... what a great Vet! With that example of care. No way in hell I recommend you have your loved pet be seen at this store or by this vet

There is always what I need there. When it comes to cat food and aquatic plants. Even what I don't need like furry or feathery friends who want to go home with me. The selection of wet cat foods is helpful to finding what is best for my picky cats. Because I can buy one at a time to experiment and see how they react, I can always buy more once I know what they like. The staff are busy but helpful. And everyone at the check out counter is always very kind and helpful to me. I'm always very thankful for this place.

This petco is always a horror show when you see the living conditions they keep the animals in... The small animal containers are always covered with poop and pee and never any fresh hay/food the aquatics has completely been let go and is wrecked every tank covered in algae dead livestock and parasites it's just ridiculous that petco allows their stores to have this trash of a wellness level and to treat animals so poorly

We have come here's for years for the grooming service. They hired a new weirdo called Mia who has green hair. She was as rude as it gets and very unprofessional. Don't recommend and will not come back

I'm in the store doing Instacart no one is here to help in regards to finding a item I'm looking for there's only 1 employee at the register so no one is in the store to help customers and when I did get a hold of a customer he told me to wait n ask the manager to do it n then I wait 10 mins on the manager when I have a order to fill, respectfully jus hire a few more ppl, oh and u guys had no shopping carts at all
