This has been a great place to train. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Plenty of amenities for both performance and recovery. And some of the best Equipment, you will find at any gym in the city of Riverside.

First time gym user. I'm 65 and was very unsure if the gym environment was for me. Found myself very comfortable working out there and the staff is genuinely interested in my success. My trainer Carlos and my Dr's, are helping me through a recent shoulder dislocation, not to mention torture leg days.
