This 5 star review is for the Vons app, the Drive Up & Go service, and Michaelās fantastic customer service.
Every item is hand picked and brought to my vehicle with a smile. This is a life changing experience for my family.
Michael is especially kind, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the experience is exceptional.

Iām literally shaking as I type this. I was just ambushed by store employees accusing me of not paying for my chicken. I ordered 100 pieces of mango habanero chicken using the Vons App. If anyone knows this feature you would know that I have to pay for my chicken before itās picked up. I paid $130 days ago and today as I was picking it up, Dylan and Max surrounded me and totally embarrassed me. I have NEVER in my life felt this way at any store. How could they not know this??? Itās not like I can go up to the deli and order 100 pieces of chicken on demand and walk out! Iām so furious that I am taking this matter as high as it can go! How humiliating to accuse me of not paying for my chicken in front of a busy story on MOTHERS DAY!

My main complaint about this, and it seems every other grocery store around here is NONE of them know how to order half and half. They are CONSTANTLY out of the half gallons. This is not rocket science. If you CONSISTENTLY run out of ANY product you sell, that is YOUR CUSTOMERS telling you to ORDER MORE.

Store is crowded with merchandise and they still didn't carry what I went in to get. I've been going to this store since I was little. It is still efficient and well run.

The bakery doesn't even deserve a star in my opinion. Placed an order for my daughters first cake Monday May 6th the gentleman who was working that night didn't even seem like he enjoys his job no greetings or anything. My husband asked if we can place an order that day and if it can be ready the next day , he replied saying yes I asked if they can do marble cake he said yes, order the pink ombre MARBLE cake. We noticed the one on display was white that is the reason I asked if they can be able to do other flavors. The next day we pick up the cake and noticed the one on display is gone and when we received our cake the ticket on the cake said WHITE so I asked the gentleman working that day that we had ordered a marble cake not white, he said it was marble that the system doesn't let him print out a different sticker . My husband had mentioned what if they just gave us the display one , I just didn't think anything of it gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we got home and cut her cake we noticed it was the cake on display not the custom cake we ordered.
I have never been so upset and disappointed in my life. Being lied too and having my daughters first cake ruined . Never will we be returning to this store .

I visited this store today. I am very disappointed with the cashier whom assisted me today. I was ready to check out, when I approached the cashier to check out, he did not greet me, but I overlooked it. I then greeted him with a "hello and how are you today", he responded, "I'm good. When he was done checking me out, I heard him greet the customer behind me in line. I just chuckled and said, "how rude of him". The cashier need to attend a customer service training class, if not you will lose customers in my opinion. This store only deserves 1 star just because of the rudeness from the cashier.
