I love RJ the pharmacist. I also love the other pharmacy technicians. But, yesterday was awful. A store employee named Michelle was really rude to my child and I when I asked to simply use the restroom. As if I was inconveniencing her. I found it wildly inappropriate. Then, a security guard named Gary harassed us outside while we were keeping to ourselves and eating our subway and about to schedule our ride. I was going to go back in and purchase another large amount of items, but after he told us we couldn't sit in one place and made us move to another (mind you, after I already spent $200+ at this store on this day, and picked up my prescriptions), I decided not to spend any more money at this store. So from a business standpoint, it was a total loss for the store for profits. I can spend my money anywhere, I don't need to be made to feel uncomfortable and bullied while doing so. I'm also disabled, so if I go outside to sit down and rest, that's my right. It's unfortunate that one or two people can make it horrible for everyone else.

They didn't have both of my prescriptions ready when I went to pick them up. Somehow it was lost in translation the day before when I requested that both my prescriptions come from the same pharmacy.

I do not know what happened this Walgreens, but their service level has gone way down. My experience was I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pickup and when I arrived, they couldn't find it. My wife had the same experience today with them?!? There have been other issues as well with staff just not caring about the level of service they give. I do not know if they are short staffed and overworked but it definitely shows. It may be time to go elsewhere.

Review a drug store? Until the other day, I never set foot in a Walgreens that I can recall. My purpose in this visit was to drop off a FedEx package. That process was seamless, and the staff who helped me was SUPER nice. This store is like a mini-Walmart! I walked around and was impressed with how clean it is, well lit, fully stocked, and the staff are very helpful. I still like my local Wally-Mart, but you Walgreenies are cool too.

Too many homeless allowed to loiter so I don't go here unless I have to. It's just OK beyond that. It's not too convenient to get into their parking lot and if they have security, they don't do much. Would be so nice if they stepped it up. We need a good Walgreens here locally.

If there was the option, I would have given this Pharmacy 0 stars. I made an appointment for a Covid Booster shot for me and my wife. We arrived for the appointment time at 3:00 pm, and first they made us wait in the long regular prescription line for about 15 minutes , then when we were finally signed in, we waited another 15 minutes for them to supposedly processes information. It was 3:35 when I asked a pharmacist walking into the pharmacy why it was taking so long. She rudely said " I just got here". After another 15 minutes I asked again and they said they were processing our paperwork. It turned out the Pharmacist I saw walking in was the person giving the Booster shots. So it turns out that we had an appointment at 3:00 and the person giving the Booster shots did not show up until 3:30. We again had to wait longer for her to get her paperwork ready, and then for her to have someone go look for rubber gloves she needed before giving us our shots. When I complained to her, she gave no reason for not getting there until 3:30, and instead, tried to blame their incompetence on their slow computer system. Worst service I ever received from a Pharmacy. D.E.
