Under staffed and extremely rude when they get busy. Had an appointment at 1 and been waiting for about 20 minutes now.. only 3 people here but they are prioritizing the drive through pickups

I went here to get some compression socks or an ankle brace, and I ended up having to get the compression socks 🧦. I was really hoping to get an ankle brace with elastic it in, but the ones they had were too small or not that sturdy

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. Checked in online and sat for 1 hour 20 minutes and then got in line to figure out why I was still waiting just for them to cancel my appointment while I was standing in line always checkin at the window in addition to online. The staff are awesome but the system sucks.
