5 stars for Samuel and 0 stars for the manager i was waiting in line to purchase candy for my daughter Samuel noticed and asked if the manager could assist me. Her response to him was why don't you ask Sonya and kept walking while looking at me with an irritated look. Which I found very unprofessional. As a manager, you would think she would assign someone to assist Samuel who was maintaining a professional attitude while still assisting customers. If you ask me Samuel deserves a promotion and the manager should undergo reevaluation for her position. I hope corporate sees this and that this comment doesn't affect him negatively by the current manager.

I've been going to this Walgreens for over 15 years, the employees are always friendly, helpful with service and have the items I'm there to purchase. Not a single issue at this location in all those years. It might just be the customer, just my opinion!

They put me online waiting for half an hour before I gave up and everytime , I heard please wait one moment, they will be with me . Worst customer service.

Was traveling and desperately needed refill. The guy who answered phone was unprofessional and short with me. They didn't have my med (one of the most common basic meds) and wouldn't be getting it in. I transferred it to Jurupa Valley Pharmacy, they went 100% above and beyond, filled right away with zero issues.

Horrible pharmacy service. Sarcastic. Questioning. And went against HIPPA. I will also be reaching out to Walgreens. We were out of state and our doctor sent in a prescription. We were told to go to CVS to have it filled. The pharmacist said she couldn’t fill what the prescription stated. Even going ask far as lying to me of things my husband stated to her. This wasn’t our first time filling my son’s life saving meds.
Funny enough CVS, which we had never filled our sons meds before, was easy and kind. Even asking if our son was okay. Another reason we hate Walgreens.

Walgreens is a great store to get a quick birthday gift, gift card, birthday card. Get photos printed, graduation pictures.

This pharmacy is life threateningly bad. I had a prescription for my continuous glucose monitor that was supposed to be transferred from them to CVS. For a week CVS tried to reach them, with zero response. When CVS tried to call them after I called to find out what was taking so long, they just hung up in their face at least twice, refusing to answer. When I called Walgreens myself I was told yep, they sure did do that and when questioned as to why they would not just inform CVS or me of this simple problem I was told "I don't know." As a result of this I very nearly did not get my prescription in time. I was able to make an emergency call to my doctor to get it filled on that same day, but had my doctor not been available I would have been without my continuous glucose monitor entirely, which is literally life threatening for me as a Type I brittle diabetic. The staff is not knowledgeable AT ALL, they are curt and inconsiderate at best, lethargic and negligent at worst. I cannot stress this enough, do not go here.

Horrible for getting prescription filled. Tell you a time and it's never ready. Wait on phone is at least 10 to 15 minutes.

What a joke this dump is. I ordered 10 items thru Doordash that Walgreens shows in stock. I had to substitute and refund 75% of my ordered items not being in inventory. Important medical needed items too. What a waste of time and money . Dasher was in the store for an hour and a have, he couldn't get help or checked out. They need to shut this dumpdown.
