This pharmacy is life threateningly bad. I had a prescription for my continuous glucose monitor that was supposed to be transferred from them to CVS. For a week CVS tried to reach them, with zero response. When CVS tried to call them after I called to find out what was taking so long, they just hung up in their face at least twice, refusing to answer. When I called Walgreens myself I was told yep, they sure did do that and when questioned as to why they would not just inform CVS or me of this simple problem I was told "I don't know." As a result of this I very nearly did not get my prescription in time. I was able to make an emergency call to my doctor to get it filled on that same day, but had my doctor not been available I would have been without my continuous glucose monitor entirely, which is literally life threatening for me as a Type I brittle diabetic. The staff is not knowledgeable AT ALL, they are curt and inconsiderate at best, lethargic and negligent at worst. I cannot stress this enough, do not go here.

Horrible for getting prescription filled. Tell you a time and it's never ready. Wait on phone is at least 10 to 15 minutes.

What a joke this dump is. I ordered 10 items thru Doordash that Walgreens shows in stock. I had to substitute and refund 75% of my ordered items not being in inventory. Important medical needed items too. What a waste of time and money . Dasher was in the store for an hour and a have, he couldn't get help or checked out. They need to shut this dumpdown.

Location: Easy to find. Easy to see. Easy to get into parking lot, on the corner of a large intersection. However, there's usually a homeless person sitting outside or walking past yelling something or inside the store and the employee asks him/her to move their parked bicycle. Customer Service: Ok. I've been here many times. There's a very nice employee, forgot her name. The others? Ok but not as friendly compared to my fave drugstore (R.A.) down a couple blocks. Prices: 4 stars. You can clip digital coupons in the app, combine with their sales prices, and get some good deals. Otherwise, I'd say a little pricier than other stores. They have stock of the regular priced items but usually very low on stock of some of their sales items.

I made an appointment for a vaccination. Came in 10 minutes early. Checked in a second time and waited 30 minutes. Went back up to the desk and they checked me in again and I told them I had been waiting 30 minutes already. When I was finally called back the lady giving the shot seemed angry. Possibly at me for saying I was waiting, I don't know. Acted angry the whole time until she said I could leave - when I stood up some of my things fell off of my lap and she laughed at me. Par for the course. I have never had a "good" experience here and won't come back again after this.

In my opinion, just find a different pharmacy. Showed up to pharmacy for a vaccine on time to my appointment, ended up waiting an hour to receive it and then 20 minutes after the vaccine for paperwork I asked for. I had to reschedule a doctors appointment that was important and now I can’t be seen for another four months by them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe because they were slightly busy. However, I showed up the next day for my medication refill and waited 25 minutes in the line before I was even spoken to. Completely unacceptable on the staff’s behalf. I won’t be going there again as I’ve had better experience at another Walgreens (118 E Baseline Rd. In Rialto) where even the Pharmacist knows me and my family by name and is much more attentive. I just hope they have better awareness and care for their customers and no one has to be forced to reschedule an important medical appointment for their neglect.

Made an appointment for COVID 19 Vaccine and got their 15 minutes before as requested. And didn't get the vaccine till 50 minutes later. The excuse is they are understaffed on Sundays. Why? If they need more people, they don't staff accordingly.

I went to pick up medication an hour before the pharmacy closed for my Mom who just got out of surgery. Went through the drive thru because the location was randomly closed. I was told to return 20 minutes later. When I returned, I was told that they could not fill my order that night because they were doing "control inventory." My sick 72 year old mother could not get her medicine until the following morning after having surgery and being discharged from the hospital. Why? Because they had to do inventory an hour before closing. If the control inventory was that important, they should conduct the inventory on their time and not when customers needed their medicine after surgery.I have done good business with the pharmacy and the store in the past. I do like their photo section, most times. They did end up misfiling my photos for a month because the receipt cut off my last name. The store is pretty small and due to their location, they have more than their average homeless problem. Will undoubtedly find a way to get the medication to be sent to a more distant 24-hour pharmacy that I feel would treat customers better. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. So that goes a long way.
