Never have what I need. Walgreens just allows the homeless to still whatever they want and paying customers like myself can't access what we need. This Walgreens should get closed down.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Waited in line to let the cashier know I needed to pick up photos, which I received an SMS about it ready for pick up 8:50AM. He sent me to the photo center and told me to wait for him, about 7 people lined up in his line and proceeded to ring them up, then called a coworker to come help me. Instead of letting me know my prints weren’t ready, she’s back there fiddling with the printer pretending she knows what’s she’s doing. I asked are they even printed, she shook her head no, I told her to not to print them I don’t want them anymore. This service was unreal.
Time Made Everything Right ! Only reason I changed my rating is because of Tim. He understands what customer service is.

If you value your time, I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
The worst pharmacy experience of my life. They have three windows, but only one is ever open. No matter when I come, there’s always a line of around 10 people. The only person working spends time talking on the phone, making the wait even longer.
To make matters worse, their SMS updates are inaccurate. I went to pick up my prescription on the last day, only to be told it had already been discarded. When I asked about the SMS notification, they had no explanation. No apology, no solution offered.
Only after I insisted did they suggest I wait another hour for them to prepare it again — after I had already waited 30 minutes in line!
It’s no surprise their rating is so low.

Repeatedly contradicts themselves whenever they say that your prescription is ready, go to another one

Look at the reviews. Send your prescriptions to CVS on Market St. Walgreens Pharmacy is horrible .this one specifically. Employees never answer the phone. Put you on hold forever. They do not do their due diligence for their customers pertaining to prescriptions. You will be on hold forever.

This is the filthiest Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. Right at the entrance there are discarded cereal boxes, shoes, underwear, and vomit. I know California pays for homelessness, but the employees need to clean this place up.

Perhaps if there were more staff members, the process of waiting in line and obtaining our medications and prescriptions would be considerably more efficient and less time-consuming.
But for now, I'm giving this rating a 1.
