Do better Walgreens and Labcorp.
I had an appointment scheduled @8:45am.
Walgreens and s closed till 9am. I drove 33 mins for my labs smh. I should’ve listened to the comments about this location.

Made an appt at 8:40 but they never called me arriving at 8:30 and left at 9:32 waiting 32mins after the appt and no one called me like they said they would. Asked the consultation and was told to go in line . This is so inconvenient. What the point of making an appt and asking to check in on phone was. Confusing and inconvenient.

Pharmacist Lopez is amazing! She’s always kind, extremely professional, and goes above and beyond to help. The fact that she speaks Spanish is a huge plus for the community. We need more pharmacists like her, truly the best of all three worlds!

Terrible service.. Waited 5 days to get a prescriptiom refill for my insulin.. im type 1 diabetic with complications STILL WAITING!!! RUDE STAFF! Waited on hold for an hour. Finally talked to a supervisor in the pharmacy (AMOND). Supervisor was very unhelpful and gave me generic answers just to get me off the phone. All my insurance and identification cards up to date. Still have no idea when it will.be ready.. hours? Days? Months? Probably well after im in the emergency room. Ill just go somewhere else... another buisness ran in to the dirt!

I had an Awesome Experience at this Walgreens location. Joana, a Sales Associate/Cashier, went above and beyond in Customer Service.
She asked open ended questions and assisted me in finding everything that I needed. I was very impressed with her eagerness to help and humbleness when I complimented her service. 100% satisfaction. I will be back and I will refer this location to all of my friends in the area.

Worst drive though and inside service ever have people waiting hours to get medication, then when you go up to the front they tell you your meds are not ready. Then say to go in line again and by the time you come it should be ready.

The customer service here is terrible! Especially in the pharmacy! They’re so rude! I went in to ask about the status of my prescription because I had just left the emergency room. When I asked, the lady asked me if I had just left the hospital then proceeded to tell me it takes an hour before it shows in their system. Before I could thank her for her help, she rudely walked away. After I arriving home, fifteen minutes later, I received an email stating my prescription was ready for pickup. I tried to call to make sure before I go back. The same lady answered, “Walgreens, how can I help you,” and abruptly put me on hold. Each time the call would go back to the dial tone, they would pickup and put me right back on hold. Such disgusting behavior.

PHARMACIST WORKERS VERY RUDE!! i got a txt order was ready at 3:48pm i get there when theyre taping/closing drive through mind you im calling to find out what happend (my throat was swallon) can barely walk had taken my baby got down and they were helping someone else and this rude worker said were closed i said injust got a txt and she just brushed me off. How simple to just give ke my meds, she was literally helping someone else. I hope she reads this and sees that if she doesnt like her job she needs to not work there!! Ridicula ppl are so sick i was a mess with my baby in arms and the person outside said all pharmacys were closed at 4 i called the walgreens on sierra&cottonwood the pharmacist said go head and go and got my medicine. I can stand how they act like helping in not to their reach they were helping someone else.. id understand if it was closed but come one...

I have always preferred Walgreens, for their personal touch. When my wife and I were caring for my mother in her 80’s and 90’, Walgreens would go the extra mile to help and when mama passed at age 95, the manager called us to extend condolences. Since I’ve been working with Walgreens #2712 I have to say they are Outstanding! The Manager Ahmed A., is so professional and takes time to review and answer any questions. They are busy like all Pharmacies are but always Fast and Friendly. As a business owner, and having 2 children in healthcare, I greatly respect Ahmed’s level of competence and care, in such a demanding field.

Came in at 8PM and was told the prescriptions would be ready at 9:58PM. Pretty specific time. I came back at 10:38PM and was told they would need another 15-20 minutes to get them ready. ?
