This should be called slow mo pharmacy. Reached their drive thru after driving from work from LA. Pulled up and waited for someone to talk(greeting not expected). After 5 minutes had to hit the call button and a voice said how can I help. On providing the information was told to wait 15 minutes as the pharmacist was on break. Shut down the place if you don't have pharmacists available all time for your PHARMACY.

Bad service at the labcorp I get here at 11:25 and make and appointment in the screen said 1:00 -1:30 pm I get earlier it was 1:45 pm still don’t call me in I ask what happened and they let me wait , what is the point of making an appointment

This pharmacy is by far the worst. The people that work there are rude. I called to get more info on recorded call I got. I said I didn't get the name of the medicine and the guy said I don't know either. I said don't you need my info to get me that information and he said what is it. I said when you say it that way it makes you sound like a smart ass and he hung up the phone one me.

I have been a long time customer as I regularly use the pharmacy for all my medication services. But recently, I went in for some items and left feeling like I now want to no longer even get my prescriptions refilled any longer even though it’s not their concern because of an interaction I had with an employee that was zero help!! Cris was completely rude and unprofessional and if you can’t carry yourself in the right demeanor of hospitality, then don’t work with people!! You expect great customer service and if you don’t like your job or know how to conduct in a pleasant manner, then you need to seek a different job. Not only was Cris rude with my daughter and I when we asked for help, but I also witnessed this person being rude with their own coworkers. I work in the hospitality industry and how they conduct themselves is definitely not a person who should be working with people. Sorry Cris, but you need to learn friendliness, helpfulness, customer service and coworker etiquette. You don’t look like you’re a team player or perhaps you’re just a miserable person so you take it out on others…. But figure it out Bud!

The pharmacist is indeed very rude. My prescription was accidentally sent to the wrong store by my doctor and I gave a first call. The lady told me they would do the transfer. The second time I called, a guy picked up and said I had to call the other pharmacy and do this and that. I was confused because it sounded the Walgreens is able to do that internal transfer themselves (and it should be already taken care of) in the first call, but the opposite in the second call. I asked the guy if there is a technical reason that this Walgreens cannot call and do the transfer. He instead of answering this simple question, started to press “if you still want your medicine, call the other pharmacy! You know how many people are in the line now? I can’t just blablabla blablabla”. Man, if you can just say yes or no, you would have saved a few seconds. He tried to make me feel bad for keeping the people in the line but everyone knows who is really responsible for the slowness. This is so funny.

The pharmacist was very rude, and as far as service I have been asking for my medication since last year, but found out they never sent authorization just telling me to get doctor to write another prescription in which he did 3 times but they never did there part. I am a senior and I feel I should be treated with better service and respect.

Waiting in line for 40 mins. Some old woman cuts in front of everyone and asks for a refill on medication she lost. Guess some of us are more important than others.

I was returning items i ordered thru the app and they can only process one because they said it's not in their system even if im showing it to them that i have the order number thru my app and they ket on asking me for a paper receipt when i told them i ordered thru the app, so how am i gonna get a paper receipt and then i was okay that they refunded one item but then when i got home the card that they gave me don't have anything on it, they just cancel the return on that card where they gave the refund but they have the item back.

Walgreens is my fave to go and get pictures printed and medicine and snacks. I noticed that the one of the employees there looks very sad and probably overworked or who knows but all I can say is Walgreens give him a RAISE I believe his name was Armando. He was multitasking trying to help some customers at the kiosk and others at the picture center to pay for the pictures you pick up.
