Today I visited Walgreens on Trautwein in Riverside, Ca. Nicole was the associate that helped me in the cosmetic dept. She was wonderful, give her a raise!

This place is overwhelmed and needs additional assistance. Necessary medication is never ready on time or regularly out of stock. I am switching to Amazon pharmacy, which is unfortunate because I like the pharmacist at Walgreens a lot. Also, the staff’s customer service is not great and lines typically take 45+ minutes.

This pharmacy is the worst.... constantly understaffed. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There is always a long line that moves slow as molasses on a cold day! A 1/2 hr. wait is short! It's absolutely ridiculous!! The worst customer service out of all Walgreens...and that's saying something!
