Worst place ever, I tried calling for almost an hour for stock check. I drove to the store 22 minutes away from my house and they did not have the item in stock. Hire responsible people

This review is for wal mart grocery pick up. So I place my order and pick up time was 4pm to 5pm and since I had to go to work after thought it would be convenient but guess what it wasn't. Customer service really bad,sad no communication called no one really new what was going on then finally get email saying it was delayed cause they were busy I drive by there there was no cars waiting on pick up location??? So confuse I wouldn't recommend ordering online they really need to improve customer service and online system. No bueno !! :(

Best time to go is a weekday morning. The morning crew is welcoming, friendly, helpful and hard working. They are usually restocking from the weekend, but will stop to help you if you need it. Keep up the good work morning crew!

This Walmart has a lot of customers and gets a lot of business and I forgot my card at home and this was the nearest Walmart and I had my card registered on my phone on Apple Pay and I went in line and tried to pay with Apple Pay and they told me that they don't accept Apple Pay in that line and she told me to go to another line so I did and the line she told me to go to also didn't have Apple Pay so I had to go back to my house and get my card this was the worst experience I had

Excellent service today! A bit surprised by the locked glass storage containers for hair items. They had an item most stores are usually out of. Two great customer service reps to help me.

This Walmart is getting worse. Locking items that other Walmart's don't have locked. Restocking shelves seems to not be taking place anymore. And a very rude and disrespectful older Mexican woman receipt checker at the door name antoinette (or something like that) keeps making a big issue when I don't show her my receipt. Threatening to call LP and outside security. Telling me I most be guilty or something. And some rude black guy who's supposed to be department manger just took offense most of the conversation when I brought it to his attention. The customer service is not the best probably because half of the people working there are older grumpy people. Other then the above, it's Walmart. We all go there for a reason. Prices, quantity, and variety Thank you Walmart. But I'll probably ditch Walmart if I ever start making at least $50.000 a year.

You can't sell it, and I can't buy it, if it isn't on the shelf. This is what your store looks like (empty) at 7:30 a.m. If you aren't ready to open, why bother?

Every pickup order I tried to make was cancelled every time even though you check a box saying your willing to accept substitutions they always cancel saying item is out of stock .... so update your online system to show out of stock or give substitutions Called customer service and they will not satisfy me the customer... I will never use Walmart pickup ... beware

This store just gets worse and worse. I get it that they lock up some items. That's no big deal for me BUT what i have a problem with is when i need said locked up item it takes forever to find someone to come unlock a item!!!! Last night hubs needed to go to Walmart, It was around 6 pm not a crazy hour. We head to electronics an find the item he wanted. Ugh it is locked up, no big deal off to find someone. Head to the register I asked worker if he could get someone to unlock the item for me and he told me no one else was working that area, it was just him. WTF!!! here it is prime shopping Saturday night and Walmart only has ONE lonely worker in the electronic area!!! SMH no wonder i hate this store, next time hubs will have to go alone. OH i never did get the item we went in for because i refused to wait an hour!!!

Look, its walmart. We all know what were gonna get customer service wise. But good god. Half there stuff is broken, in store. I had an online order for pick up that I saw, but the item was broken when they gave it to me (for reference I was there 2 days before saw the item was broken and gave it to an cashier so they literally took it and put it back on the shelf and then pulled it when it was ordered online) then there was a debacle with me getting a refund for the broken item that I already paid for. Then they ran out of lawn chairs. WHO RUNS OUT OF LAWN CHAIRS. But ya. Not even passable.
