We recently purchased a Mercedes van from Walter’s Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside, and this was hands down the best dealership experience my husband and I have ever had.
From the very beginning, the transparency and professionalism stood out. Our salesperson, David Alcantar, was absolutely incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly laid-back. There was zero pressure at any point, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. David took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, and he truly listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to push a sale.
Pricing was a huge win for us, especially because we had a trade-in. Not only did they give us the best price on the van, but they also took our trade-in seriously and gave us the best numbers we saw compared to any other dealership. After visiting multiple dealers and feeling discouraged elsewhere, Walter’s was the only place that made us feel like our business truly mattered. Everything was clear, upfront, and transparent—not just with us, but with every customer we saw being helped.
We also want to specifically recognize the manager, who was incredibly understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and trade-in value. He genuinely cared about helping us and about keeping us as long-term customers, which made a huge difference.
Delivery day exceeded expectations as well. Another team member took the time to carefully walk us through the van’s features, made sure we were completely comfortable before driving off, and didn’t rush us at all. They even took pictures with us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. And yes—the snacks were amazing, which just added to the overall experience 😊
After dealing with several other dealerships that left us frustrated, Walter’s Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside truly knocked it out of the park. David did an outstanding job, the management team was supportive and understanding, and every person we interacted with made us feel valued.
A huge thank you to David, the manager, and the entire Walter’s team. We couldn’t be happier with our Mercedes van and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and genuinely positive buying experience.

Best customer service ever !!! No I am not kidding, with this dream team Simon Green, Lee Torres, Isaid Barragan, Toni Hajj you can’t go wrong. I just wrapped up making an incredibly hassle free sprinter purchase. Dan Gressmann and Isaid have been working for a couple of months on finding me my van. The support team kept me updated, making sure I was not forgotten. They didn't give up on my search and it couldn't have come at a better time. Dan even set me up with the mercedes app so I can stay up to date with my van. Tony walked me through my warranty and maintenance options, made it very easy to understand. I recently purchased a new 2025 Sprinter Cargo from Walter’s Mercedes Sprinter of Riverside, and I can honestly say - it was one of the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and transparent.
The staff at Walter’s Mercedes Sprinter of Riverside were outstanding. My salesperson, Mr Simon Green was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and to this day probably the best guy I closed a deal with at any dealerships across US. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions about the car’s features, and guided me through the options without any pressure. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued and confident in my decision.
The dealership itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a wide range of models and trims to choose from. I was particularly impressed by how transparent and flexible they were about pricing—no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
