I haven't ordered here yet but I sincerely plan too. I only came to hand out my business card and a free estimate. As soon as I walked in I immediately knew they care about interior cleanliness. They seemed to be very prompt with making orders and sending them out. Hey Wendy's if you're ever in need of an exterior cleaning service then please contact me. Went to redeem our T-mobile Tuesday Free Dave's Single or Classic/Spicy Chicken sandwhich, right off the bat the code didn't work. According to the cashier. So we stepped aside, and I ordered through the Mobile App. Apps fail, it's happens. But it took forever for staff to even attend to us, then the cashier was adamant about it only being for the Dave Single or a Spicy Chicken. Then this rude manager/team lead/cashier named Maria had my mobile order just sitting there, until I asked for it. Basically threw a single Ranch sauce at me, and didn't even acknowledge that I asked for a B.B.Q Sauce. They took forever for my sister's order, one person from the kitchen was nice enough to give me my food and was probably the nicest person there. But overall, definitely won't be going there anytime soon. Looks to be understaffed, unorganized, and very poorly managed. If I could give less than one star, I would. ?

This location overcharged my debit card by $6 for no reason. The total shows 17.88 but under that it shows they charged my debit card $23.84. It also shows I was supposed to get change but got nothing back from the cashier. I tried calling them but no one answers the phone so now I have to go back just for them to fix this error. Be careful and make sure you read your receipt to make sure you’re not getting overcharged.

Rating on breakfast egg & bacon croissant. Terrible! The bread is not a croissant, it's more like a square flat hamburger bun and a little soggy. Tastes like it was microwaved (purchased at 7am). Come on Wendy's... Do better!!

So the drive thru was packed decided to get off amd order ... they took wayyy longer inside the restaurant. They literally waited for the drive thru orders to go out first before me and they have weirdos inside all the time.. . Wont be coming here again.

My mobile order experience was terrible. I selected drive thru and after waiting through the long line they had me go to the mobile order parking spots. Then they completely forgot about me and I had to go in to pick up the cold food that was sitting there clearly marked as Drive-Thru.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but they have so many negative reviews. I figured I'd leave a positive one as people are more likely to leave one to complain than if they had a pleasant experience.I never have order accuracy issues(except once soon after grand opening). I've never been given cold food or inaccurate portions. I've never had issues with sauces.While I am often asked to park to wait for my order for 3 to 4 people, I never wait long. The employees have always been friendly. I always use the app to place my order, pull up to the drive thru window, I get asked to park and wait. I wait about 4 minutes. My order is always correct and hot. All these negative reviews seems strange given the number of times I've visited. I live nearby and it's better than other nearby fastfood. Even their salads are always fresh. The one time I had an order issue (missing item) the woman at the inside counter was polite and fixed my issue immediately with a smile on her face. I'm more inclined to think it's the customer base that is the issue in this area than the restaurant itself. Leaving bad reviews over sauce charges or breakfast hours is unnecessary. Get up earlier. Most places stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Check your order before leaving. Missing an item? Don't be rude about it and they'll probably fix it no questions asked. People make mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it before being a rude customer. ?
