I think this is a great place to start banking for young people. It's a very customer related operation they look out for every little detail. The employees are friendly and the place is always clean. They have great customer service. You have questions they will make it a point to get answers.

Did a snap deposit on my phone app and it’s been on hold for almost 2 weeks all they be telling me is to wait I don’t know how long is this gonna take it’s getting annoying

Honestly where to begin, no phone service without an absurd wait time for one I’m relatively new with Wescom and I can’t ever get ahold of a single employee without going into the branch in person. The customer service section in their app also is good for absolutely nothing as they can do nothing for you without you going into the branch so also pointless to even use it. And then to top it all off my paychecks come to me at a different time of day every single week there is absolutely zero concern with consistency or customer service here definitely gonna be looking for a new bank.Also forgot that they printed my debit card without a proper security code printed on it so I literally can’t pay for things online because of them as well just so it’s evident how much they really don’t pay attention at this bank

I seriously don't know what happened to Wescom over the years, I been a customer since it was telephone employees credit union, my account starts with 25 so imagine how far back I been with Wescom. Customer service went south, their be rates went up customer service reps are not as courteous anymore. ?

I have been a Wescom member since 1978, always Signature Platinum. I'm told that I have 9 points and as of Jan 1, 2022, I will be reduced to 7 points! YIKES, each month the points at Wescom are changed. This is ridiculous.

Some of the most God-awful phone wait times I've ever seen! DO NOT BANK HERE because you're out of luck if you need to speak with someone on the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Visited this branch today truly enjoyed the support and professionalism. Elgin James greeted me when I arrived he took care of all my business needs. Also it was nice to see one tv with college football on I mentioned that I appreciated this being a huge fan. Back to Elgin James he is one of the nicest people I have met, the branch had multiple members and everyone was being cared for. 5+++ stars for this location and Mr. Elgin J.

I’ve been using this bank on Tyler St for about 6 years. They recently moved to a new location. I was very pleased with the service. My last 2 times that I personally had to go inside the bank I was escorted by the manager because I did not have a mask. No other bank requires a mask to do business with at the moment so I refused to wear one. The managers’s name is Veronica If I’m not wrong but was extremely pushy, disrespectful and rude. I removed all of my money and went to a different back where managers understand what customer service is all about.

Horrible service !!! Branch Manager super rude! I'm a so called Platinum member that gets a 10 day hold on a local check- manager could care less!!! Think before you bank here.

I have been a Wescom member since 2002. I am extremely happy with with this Credjt Union, I have referred my family and friends who are now Wescom members as well. Everyone in the branch locations have outstanding customer service skills, specially Barbara from the Riverside office, she is amazing.
