Worst location ever. Told me to wait 10 min for prescription and 2 hours later they were done. I would understand if it was a busy day but the store is literally empty

i was very upset by my experience today at this store. i come to this rite aid pretty often and am usually happy with my experience but today was different. i don't know if the security guard there today was new but he seemed to be monitoring me the entire time i was in this store. shortly after i went to check out my items i saw him coming out of the direction where i was last at. as if he was checking to see if i stole something. i understand the need to cut losses but seriously??? i should feel comfortable to shop and not feel like i am being harassed. i am a person who suffers from social anxiety and this made me feel the need to hurry up and get out of there.

Dear, rite aide; this is Shelley again. I thought other patient should be aware. That your pharmacy denying my seizure meds put me into the hospital, your lack of care sent me to the ER I had a focal seizure, I hope you reread your text books, to understand what that means... I hope. Again I beg and cried that I need my seizure medication and I pressed for it, because I knew it was an emergency. But you guys laugh called me a drug addict, taunted me to move pharmacy and when your pharmacy couldn't handle the heat. Zheng yelled at me to call corporate. You guys should be ashamed to call yourself pharmacist, I'm warning you guys, you are going to get a patient killed at the lack of critical thinking. Your establishment will be a target in law suit soon, with other patients that been injured by your lack of thinking.

This rite aid needs to get it together. Especially the pharmacy!! So annoyed. Took me over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I am fed up and I will just rather make a drive somewhere else.

This Rite-aide is the best! The staff is great and very helpful. The staff upfront always greets everyone who walks in with a friendly hello! The pharmacy staff are always helpful too! If they don't have what you need they always tell you the day they get deliveries. Thanks for being such a great neighborhood store!

Ghetto. Cashier was so weird and didn't want to bag door dash order that is so posed to be placed in bag . He really wanted to charge me 10 cents when he should have charged doordash. Super unprofessional!

There is nothing worse than being cut off mid sentence when you are asking an important question to the pharmacy. There customer service sucks. This is the first negative review I've written on Yelp as I'd rather say nothing but this was ridiculous the way I was treated by a tech. Thank you for the prompt response, I will.

Staff are incredibly RUDE here. Tried to refund a product and was offered half its original price because I had no receipt. THEN when they realized they had no gift cards in the entire store, they tried to direct me to another store miles away to do the refund. I refused and am now stuck with a product I don't need. They then refused to open a register to break a bill for me. So from now on I'll just be going to this store to drop off my Amazon returns as needed via their locker. Prices are awful here anyways, I always find better priced items elsewhere...

We always enjoy our visits to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entire store is always clean and well kept. The ice cream is very tasteful. They keep a solid diversity of flavors to choose from, and keep stocked in the freezer section if you want to take some home.

It seems like you wait in line, and as only one customer at a time approaches the cashier, the one cashier changes registers; then when the next customer is called (by the same ONE cashier) they change registers AGAIN. Very, very slow process.

I cannot imagine these negative inputs on the RiteAid that I shop with. These employees are the best I have ever encountered! I enjoy this store more than ever others I have visited. These consultants are the best!

One of the rudest employees I've ever encountered do not go to the pharmacy these miserable girls hate there life you can tell by there rude attitudes and them not wanting to help me when it clearly states 24 hours I gad to write to corporate about how they have such a rude employee

Saw a man mask less and inquired about their Covid policies. They did not offer him a mask or seem to care enough to enforce the rules they enforce. I didn't feel safe or comfortable shopping with their lack of concern for other customers.

This happened back in December 2019. I had the worst experience with the African American pharmacist tech. I had a prescription for birth control from my doctor that was faxed over to this pharmacy and when I came to pick it up, the pharmacist tech said that I did not have insurance. If I did not have insurance, tell me how the heck did I get a prescription from a doctor for birth control? As a recent college grad, I don't make that much so how would I be able to pay out of pocket for a prescription or doctor's appointment lmao. My doctor told me that my insurance would cover the prescription and the appointment I made with them. This pharmacist tech had such an attitude and told me to pay $50 up front for one month's worth of birth control when I had insurance and even showed her my insurance card. The doctor told me that pharmacies and medical offices use the same insurance system to check eligibility and that if she wasn't willing to give me the prescription, it was because she just didn't want to look up my eligibility. Anyways, I didn't end up getting my prescription and I didn't want to deal with being treated like this ever again so I had to opt for another form of birth control which I got for free because again, I have insurance! I know I have insurance and the fact that she had the audacity to deny me my prescription is unacceptable.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I was already waiting politely to be called for the prescription pick up, and when I was staying 6ft away the lady at the front desk that looks African American had the nerve to say she couldn't hear me in a snarky attitude and then when I proceeded to speak louder she insisted that I came closer to her and I said I didn't want to and she had the nerve to still say I had to touch the keypad still anyway... the damn nerve especially with everything going on right now.
