Amazing service! I did a google search and Continental Currency Service came up with great reviews! They exceeded expectations, they answered a question I submitted on yelp in moments. They are very transparent, professional, and respectful. I have 2 trips coming up and will certainly use them again and recommend to others! They were able to get the Egyptian Pounds I needed in only 2 business days! Wonderful customer service!

Needed to exchange money to go to Mexico. Didn't order at my bank in time so I had to find an alternative. This place is clean, fast, and convenient. Staff are friendly and ask any questions you have. I will definitely go back in a bind.

Crystal was very helpful. I reserved my currency and wanted to make a change in the amount. She had the reserved amount ready but quickly changed to what I needed. The process was quick and efficient. Great customer service

Absolutely love this place. It's quick and easy and there is hardly ever a line which means YOU GET OUT BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN! Staff have ALWAYS been respectful and pleasant. The only rule they have (when wanting a check cashed) is that you DO NOT sign the back before you arrive at their location. They have to physically see you sign your check. Which I'm all for! Requirement super easy to abide by and the fees aren't out of this world. I still have more of my money. Will continue to give this place my business.

I have never cussed out a complete stranger so bad in my life, but this girl working there on Sunday October 22, 2023 took me there. I see why workers get handled the way they do in these viral videos. I came to this place 4 times. And today twice in one day. Every time I had what she asked for, she looked at my documents then asked me for something new. I told her I make 5x's the loan that I'm asking for. This smarty pants said "then why do you need a loan then. Dummy loans are for ppl that can afford them, but don't need them. The whole point of her dumb a-- asking for docs is to prove I can afford to take out a loan. I hope this place goes out of business. I see why there's never a line there. The worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I never had this problem at the Westminster location in Orange County.

Tried getting currency at this business after seeing how close this location was and the great reviews. I wanted to buy Korean won and they had the currency within a few days. They also had better rates than my local bank. Will definitely come back if I ever need to buy international currency.

Those working in the front are super rude. Called in a few times and was always put on hold. When asked how much I would get when exchanging a certain amount they told me to do the math myself. Been coming here for a few years. Has lot my business.

Came here twice to exchange dollars for pesos leading up to my trip! Extremely helpful and nice staff, much better rates than any other area in the inland empire. No hidden fees, and pesos are usually on hand. Will only use this place from now on!

I paid nothing to purchase Yen for my trip to Japan, just the daily conversion rate. I used to convert dollars at the airport, paying lots of fees. You must bring cash.

If there's -1 STAR, I'll give it to this business. I CALLED TWICE to inquire. I was PUT ON HOLD for more than 15 minutes and forgot that I was still waiting and was on hold and the line was just cut off because it has been on hold for too long. For the second call, the lady said "we are too busy" before she puts me on hold again... Tsk tsk tsk! How nice! Your customer service is unbelievable.
