Left my house at 930am based on the hours listed, arrived at 10:02am but it doesn’t even open until 11am. Had to sit around & wait for a whole hour. What a Waste!

Love the brand however I wish the store would just have the correct operating hours listed online, that’s all. I went 30 mins before closing…which I know is not ideal to any business, but I knew what I was shopping for. Figured it would take no more than 10-15 mins. Walked into mall, store was locked up and closed. If closing time is 7pm or 7:30 pm - no problem, just post the correct time for courtesy.

Bought my daughter here to look for a homecoming dress they had a good selection and very good prices. But the employee's are rude if you ask them a question their rolling their eyes. I ended up purchasing everything on their website I will not be going back to this store anymore!!!✌?

They just only hire young girls who need a power trip/ego boost. Rude staff. They ignore you if you're not a size 2.

We came all the way from Palmdale because our storewas not able to order that dress online. Jasmine did everything to satisfy us! Great Store and great management!!!

This place is great and has a lot of dress styles to choose from for different occasions! I was just disappointed that I didn't find Champagne colored dresses in my size. I guess I could go online but it isn't the same as being able to try it on.

Love the size of the store and it is not cluttered like most windsors! Super friendly too!
