They don't deserve a star. On Sunday I bought a backpack for my son which today I went to return because I already had it and I didn't notice, it turns out that they didn't want to give me the return because I had to exchange it for something of the same price or higher which I ended up grabbing some tennis shoes and paying the extra is not worth it for them to get abused. Furthermore, the person who assisted me was very arrogant even though I showed him the policy that they themselves have, it was worth it and he came out with his arrogance so that they should be careful and don't buy in those stores

Ok , Like this shoe store because as u buy shoes, etc u will gain points that will make your future purchase cheaper. One issue I bought 3 pair of shoes one for my daughter my wife and I and I had problems returning the shoe and I never wore them , the very next dey the store allowed my wife to exchange the shoe , my question is why was I denied to exchange the shoe ?
I bought my wife shoe a size to small shouldn't had been so difficult
