Several times being here NO PAPER TOWELS in 6 of the dispensary. Also the concrete desperately needs to be pressure washed.

Have been coming here on average of 1-2 times per week for the touchless car wash. Today, my vehicle still had soap on it when the machine said it was done. I immediately pulled over to the front and went in and told the clerk what happened and asked if I could run it through again on rinse only. His response was 'let me get some windex and paper towels' and wipe it down?? I'm sorry, this is a new truck ( 1 year old) and there's no way I'm doing that. There was a bit of a language barrier and it was very frustrating. I was very excited to find a touchless carwash in my neighborhood, but will probably not come back. Now I have to go find a self serve car wash to rewash my truck. Not worth it.

Came in last night to turn in my lotto tickets and this is the 2nd time I had been talked to unprofessionally and was disrespected by a older lady employee in the night shift. She is not trained well and is condescending, rude, and is combative with me (the customer) she feels like I told on her to her manager about her not accepting my lotto tickets scratcher a few days ago YET she is the one who told me demonstrative to talk to her manager in the morning of the next day from the last time I went in. Now tonight on January 6th she handled my tickets again (different ones) and I informed her that I took her advice and went to her manager the next day like SHE told me to do and I got the tickets addressed. Instead of saying nice job or im happy it worked out for you. She instead " oh yea you mean when you told on me" like somehow it's all about her and her internal issues with the lack if training she has. I was not looking for an argument but ended up in one. She would not chill out and she kept saying inflammatory things and when I addressed them she would cut me off and saying not nice things. I said to her that the other day I was here you were talking smack behind my back as I left the building to the other customers and she feigned ignorance and then said no I did not but now after this I probably will. I've been coming to this gas station for the last 6 years. Never once have I felt so disrespected over something so petty. I go to the gas station for gas and not to get into a confrontation with a gas station employee. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint too.

This a.m./p.m. has a big selection of different drinks, snacks & things you might need. So many people who go here are regulars. Most of the cashiers will learn your name or at least remember you if you ask their names. Good people.

Love this gas station! GP has offered me the best customer service I’ve ever had at any convenience store/gas station. To the owner, as someone that hires for my business, give this guy a raise because people like GP are hard to find.

Cat wash stopped working halfway through. Tried calling number on file from all sources, didn’t work. Eventually decided to exit car wash after 10 min of waiting for assistance.I have a monthly membership here so I went through the other/touch-free side and was able to get a wash that completed.Informed attendant, he said there is no working phone. He’s the regular late night guy, great guy- not his fault. But to the owner: unacceptable to run a business with no phone.

Carwash broke half way through and got stuck. Nobody came to help in a 15 minute time frame, nobody answered the phone as I called repeatedly. Did not want to leave car because I had my 3 year old with me and didn't feel like having it turn on while in there. Finally went in, told cashier, she laughed. If you guys have no way of knowing a machine broke with a car in it, answer the phone!

Tuesday mornings graveyard shift employee just told me the stores going to be closed for 5 minutes when I pull up so he can smoke a cigarette!? Are you kidding?!
