Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct at Arco Rocklin, CA
Dear Arco Customer Service,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very concerning incident that occurred at your Arco station in Rocklin, California.
On [insert date], I stopped at this location to refuel and purchased several lottery and scratch-off tickets. When I asked the attendant to scan my scratch-off tickets, he deliberately withheld and stole two of them. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of honesty, professionalism, and integrity in dealing with customers.
This experience has left me with the impression that Arco does not prioritize ethical conduct, as employees who engage in such dishonest practices should not be entrusted to serve customers.
I urge Arco to take this matter seriously by:
1. Investigating the incident at the Rocklin station.
2. Taking appropriate action to ensure accountability for the employee involved.
3. Implementing stronger measures to protect customers from such misconduct in the future.
Until this matter is addressed, I will strongly caution others to be vigilant when dealing with Arco employees, particularly those who refuse to provide receipts or attempt to mislead customers through deceptive practices.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this complaint. Please confirm receipt of this email and inform me of the actions Arco will take regarding this issue.

Arcos are pretty dependable for best priced gas, nice convenience store for more than drinks and snacks, and decent rest rooms..we look for them for our travel stops.
