Some time ago, I brought my 2016 Lexus RX in after a dealership quoted me $4,300 to fix a broken timing belt cover seal. I was skeptical and needed a second opinion. Originally, I had an 11 a.m. appointment, but a last-minute Zoom meeting forced me to arrive right at opening. Despite a busy schedule, Hop and Phong welcomed me immediately and diagnosed the issue in just 20 minutes!
Not only are Hop and Phong super knowledgeable, honest, and professional, but they also quoted me half the dealership’s price and provided expert advice that saved me from any repair costs—yes, I paid $0! “This location for SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service is incredible! They were very communicative, friendly, and honest. I’ve received oil changes from 2 other places in the Sacramento area, and was told to bring my vehicle back after 5,000 miles for the next oil change. I decided to give a SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service a try for the first time, and I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. I found out through them that the oil used for my recent oil change is recommended for a change after 7,000 - 10,000 miles, not 5,000 miles. Thankfully, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service has the same oil I needed for my vehicle and told me I don’t need to come back till 7,000 - 10,000 miles which will save me a significant amount of money compared to stopping by a place every 5,000 miles for the same oil. “This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”
“Had my BMW 535i serviced here. These guys know their stuff. Not only did they do a full service but they also installed a front lip and rear diffuser. I also got some coding done and had a few Dinan upgrades installed. Can't say enough good things about the shop. Igor the owner was very easy to work with and the turn around was very fast. I worked primarily with Jamie, who was incredibly friendly, honest, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I felt confident in every step of the process. Dia, the finance guy, was equally wonderful. He had a great sense of humor, kept things light during paperwork, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons. He made what's usually the most stressful part of buying a car actually enjoyable.
The dealership itself deserves recognition too. The place is spotless and feels high end without being intimidating. They even offer complimentary drinks and snacks and not just bottled water, but sodas and sparkling water, along with quality treats that make the wait comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. It's clear that this team takes pride in their work and their brand. Thank you again to everyone for making my car buying experience such a positive and memorable one! I'll definitely be recommending this Porsche dealership to anyone in the market for a luxury car done right.

I had found out that the car I bought had been wrecked and the problems were substantial. California transmission offers a free diagnosis of your transmission so I made an appointment for this service, but, unfortunately the technician had a family emergency so I rescheduled. Here’s what happened next. Shawn, without telling me, had Angel hookup the fancy diagnostic machine (MB) and explained everything to me. Not one single MB mechanic would do this gratis.
