Didn't really know what to expect as this was the first time going there,but I can't say thank you enough to the staff for being so helpful even though we had tons of questions. Just know, if this is your first time there,You will want to stay for a while. An hour and a half went by really quick but set us up with exactly what we wanted, Thanks again you guys..we will be back again.

The variety of high quality merchandise is in plentiful supply especially if you need a good boot. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. A consistently great shopping experience for the last 14 years.

Went to store this morning and was planning to spend quite a few $$$$$ I felt that I was being profle. I left because the customer service rate is less that zero. The person that was supposedly helping keeping making excuses 3 times and end up helping some else.

I have a rather complex relationship with this store.
Half of the staff is quite helpful and friendly, while the other half makes me question my desire to wear boots ever again.
I attempted to purchase boots and have them stretched on three separate occasions over the course of four weeks. After the third unsuccessful attempt, I went to the back to inquire why the boots still did not fit my feet, only to discover that the stretcher was not even properly secured within the boots, but rather just sitting there.
The staff responsible for stretching boots appears to lack the necessary skills and should perhaps consider apologizing to trees for the oxygen they are wasting with their existence.

Got to check out the recent remodel looking good! When you walk in you are now met with the checkout counter to the front of you and the hat options to the right of you cool fact you can get you hats cleaned and fitted in store. Sale associates were all so kind and helpful answering all of our questions.

Some Boot Barns are better stocked than others. This one was well stocked for the "Urban" cowboys and cowgirlsNice staff. Not alot of real working ranch clothes but plenty of frou frou western style clothing for men,women and children.

I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to take any pictures. As soon as you walk in it's cowboy heaven. The cowboy hats and boots I wish I had never ending $ I would have every kind of hats and boots and everything else I could put on. I love this place it's a must stop here and check it out.
