“My carpet was just installed by Jose and Sergio, and I couldn't be happier with it! Vince and all the salespeople at S&G Roseville were very helpful and considerate. It took me three weeks to decide on the right carpet, settling on one from an area that Vince had shown me the first time there. The installers were very considerate, listening to my concerns and very careful to accommodate me; they are also very strong and moved my very heavy furniture making it look easy. My only complaint was the estimated amount of carpeting; the salesperson finalizing my purchase added more square footage to the estimate, which wasn't needed. I only shopped at S&G for this carpeting because I knew that they had excellent installers (unlike the bozos at some of the big box stores, which I've unfortunately experienced last time).”

First occasion: I have a rental across town (Antelope), and after tenants moved out, it was clear the flooring needed to be replaced. The Flooring Station offers a variety of options from which to choose; Tracy took the time to explain pros and cons of the options. Being that this is a rental, Tracy went on to indicate what to consider for this, as wear and tear may be more of a factor involved with rentals. The Flooring Station was so easy to work with. There was 'no sales pressure' at all, and no pressure to come to a decision soon. Tracy gave me a number of ideas that helped me with the color choices, design aspects, etc. And, she indicated ways that I could save on costs. I am so grateful for her expertise.

I chose to go with laminate. Tracy gave me clear expectation as to what to expect with wearability and durability. The installation process was equally easy to get through. Tracy and The Flooring Station coordinated all aspects of the installation. They communicated every step of the way about dates and timing. The flooring looks beautiful. The workmanship detail is awesome.

Second occasion working with The flooring Station:
Within 2 months, I had a water intrusion incident where water spread over several rooms on the first floor. It was a disaster!
I had to have some the flooring in a few rooms removed and the walls cut up 2 feet. I was beside myself!! Again, I worked with Tracy. She was able to calm my anxiety with this situation, and she assisted greatly getting me through this. She was quickly able to get her installation person to the house to assess what was needed and how to weave in the new flooring with the other flooring that remained. Tracy quickly ordered the required amount of new flooring and got it quickly shipped. She was able to get an installation date without much delay. Not an easy task, but Tracy and The Flooring Station got it done! They did beautiful work, once again!
