My experience with Chase Bank was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unhelpful, and I encountered unnecessary delays with my transactions. They need to improve their efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.

Every time I've dealt with employees, either here or on the phone they've been d*cks. I can't with Chase anymore. US bank has always been upstanding and professional.

I would give this location a zero if I could! The lady with red hair as a cashier wouldn’t let me deposit into my business account because I didn’t have my id !And said she has never seen me at this locationSo she can’t take the deposit but if she had known me it would be fine.I will be closing out my business accounts and personal accounts since they play this game of if I know you I can help you and override everything g but if I don’t know youYou are out of luck!Worst service ever!

I've been banking with Chase for about 5 years. Worse banking experience ever at this branch. This is the only one where the employee Sanjeet Badhan was extremely rude and had no idea what customer service is.We made an online appointment for my sister to open an account for her. She has a green card, SSN, Real-ID, credit and debit card from BOFA, and 2 proofs of address. For proof of address, we had a letter from the bank and the insurance payment. He didn't accept all these documents and said to bring a bank statement for 60 days. He was extremely rude and didn't open an account for us. But fortunately, after 3 hours, I opened a bank account at Wells Fargo with these documents.

Golden 1 fronts state employees their paychecks. They've been doing it for at least 2 decades. Every state employee wakes up to their paycheck being in their account ON payday. NOT CHASE. This bank DOES NOT do that. Consequently, I don't get paid on payday. They deposit it to my account anywhere from 1-3 days AFTER the state pays its employees. Frustrating, but I guess that's what you get when you go with a bank that can't afford to offer that perk to its members.

Average bank, very weak customer service. If you want actual help it seems like they want you to state the transaction was fraud or else you cannot be helped.Just give me a chargeback for God's sake! Discover actually chases the money for me compared to Chase.

I filled out a paper form in bank for a SAVINGS withdrawal, employee David took the money from my CHECKING and bounced my account resulting in multiple overdraft fees. Now their employees Sophie and Lorraine will not talk to me at all at the bank because they "can't look up my account without my ID" even though every other transaction has been completed with only a debit card. I am also not trying to withdraw anything or access secure information in any way, I am only notifying them of their error so they can fix it. Now that they messed up my account they suddenly can't help me and of course "there is no manager" present to speak to. His name is supposedly Lawrence but he's not here. I asked Sophie for the name of the person who processed the withdrawal from the wrong account and Lorraine replied - from a different station while in the middle of a transaction with a different customer - "oh no, we aren't going to do that." She retorted multiple times that she refused to give me the name and would "submit a complaint on my behalf." I repeated that I am allowed to know his name and she eventually gave it to me. Keep in mind she was arguing with me from a different desk while in the middle of a transaction with another man who was of course listening to the whole thing. What unprofessional employees.

Most unhelpful bank EVER and this is why I'm closing all my chase accounts taking business elsewhere. Froze my accounts for some kind of verification that i never received via email (since we opted to go paperless) Came to verify said it will take 3 days to unfreeze my account. Wouldn't even let me take out my own money

I was lied to about a charge fee that I wasn’t supposed to pay due to the type of account I have with Chase bank. The bankers here are brazen liars truly, directly to my face and on top of the lie an empty promise to adjust the fee, but that never happened. I knew the bank manager was lying to me, just to get rid of me. I got that part. I didn’t argue with him but just walked out of the bank. Thinking to myself did he really had to lie to me over a simple fee??? I waited to see if the fee would be adjusted, nothing never changed on my account a week later. I will be leaving this bank soon. Knowing that there are other options out there with better interest rate for your hard earned money.I’ll just shop around and do my homework. Probably the matter is, some banks thinks little of their customers especially Chase bank(speaking from my personal experience here).

Only reason why I rated two stars is because the girl at the front was extremely sweet and helpful. The bad rating is due to the manager who was working at 1pm on a Tuesday. He was completely rude and unhelpful. I went in to ask for proof of a closed account, he said call the 800 number (which I did the previous week and didn't receive what was requested which is why I went into the branch in the first place). Literally didn't try to help, offer help, or even care to help. Just told me there wasn't anything he could do. I do not remember his name, unfortunately. But I would recommend going to another branch, if you still even bank with these people after their poor customer service.

Wish I was able to give lower than 1 star for their service..This location is understaffed and overworked..Before you waste your time going into this location for assistance, let me save you time and tell you just to call the 800 number on the back. Over a 2 hour wait to talk to someone from the fraud department? Seems appropriate...Have your account locked for 5 days with nobody from Customer Support to help you? Seems appropriate as well...I will never bank with Chase again..

Nobody can help you....Let me save you time and call the 800 number on the back of the card. Interesting being in a customer service business and provide poor customer service. Everyone at this specific location is overworked and understaffed. I closed my account due to the lack of knowledge and help from this location...Absolutely laughable on the customer support you get from CHASE. Calling the claims department is over a 2 hour wait? Don't be so eager to help me with my fraudulent claim. I have had Chase for over 5 years and will never go back.
