AVOID THIS PLACE! This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They send texts telling me my prescription is ready but when I get there it's not. They say the texts are automated. WTF!. My doctor had to send : 2 faxes and call twice. Patients can't call and speak to a pharmacist they have a new system so you can leave voicemail and they'll call you back when they feel like it. They're so rude and each person behind the counter has different rules for filling a prescription. Different dates even! I think they don't realize we're coming in there to pick up medicine.

i was helped by kwanita at the pharmacy today and it was honestly really upsetting with the way she was not only treating me but other customers. she got annoyed with me when SHE was having a hard time spelling my name even though i nicely repeated it to her multiple times. she threw my medication at me along with others who she was checking out. her overall demeanor was also extremely not nice, she was talking to me and others with disrespect and attitude the whole time no compassion or anything. just cold attitude responses. it was just really upsetting as i was nothing but nice and respectful towards her.

I had used the Rocklin CVS Pharmacy for years until I ran into a young female behind the counter who obviously didn't want to be there. Thinking her snarky attitude was a one time glitch in her personality I soon realized, nope, that was her lifetime flaw. I switched pharmacies to another local center only to discover this must have been where she had been trained - everyone there was distrustful, bland and obviously just waiting for an opportunity to go home. So, I went back to CVS in hopes THE young woman was gone. Im now back at Rocklin CVS and all I have left to say is, "There's no place like home!"

This location is TERRIBLE!!! My original CVS location closed and was moved to this location unfortunately. I was getting a new RX filled with them. I got notified from the pharmacy the day the RX came in that there was a problem filling it and that I needed to contact my Dr. After calling CVS to find out what the problem was, I was advised by CVS my Dr. needed to get preauthorization prior to getting the RX filled. Never had this problem before. CVS told me that my insurance probably changed with the new year. OK. I called my Drs office; she submitted the request to my insurance for preapproval. After going back and forth between my Drs. office and CVS I was told on day 7 (1 week has gone by trying to get this problem resolved) by my Drs office that it was resolved. The day my Drs. office called me I called CVS to see if it was now being filled. Per there automated crappy system I was informed that the RX would be ready the next day at Noon. Yay! Figured it was good to go. The next day before heading across town to pick up the RX. I decided I better call to make sure that it really was being filled. I was then informed by CVS that there still was a problem even though their crappy automated system told me it would be ready at noon. Nothing telling me there still was a problem. After mod. the dosage I finally got meds on day 8. RIDICULOUS!
