Understaffed pharmacy department, very uncaring manager named Amir. The staff is super stressed and can barely keep up. I was double charged for my pickup because they could not figure out how to refund the first transaction and their computer system glitched. I was asked to drive back 10 minutes later and wasted 45 minutes for no solution but having to just pay for the prescription again. I will have to do a chargeback and deal with my bank as the only person with helpful knowledge was the manager and he totally walked away assuring me and the pharmacist he would go look into the issue, but really just forgot about me and left me waiting for no reason at all. I feel this store is understaffed and has bad management. The pharmacist was a great lady and so were the employees that work in the pharmacy. But in business or in a team, things are led by example and the manager had poor leadership skills. I also think he is not capable of his position and was also very sick and sniffling the whole time and should not have even came to work today.

The staff members can be very helpful at this site, but during busy times you're on your own. CVS corporate needs to address some ineffective practices: 1) The pharmacy phone number is impossible to reach. Don't waste five to ten minutes on this rabbit hole, you have to go in to sort out any problem. Not easy if it's pouring rain or you're ill. It's maddening when it's a problem they caused. 2) With hundreds of products the aisles should be labeled with A and B sides. For example- 4A & 4B would clarify where to look. 3) Leave some carts outside for elderly/fragile customers. The parking lot is dangerous with speeding cars darting around from Safeway & fast food locations. Mirrors and signage would help CVS mitigate risks and employ ADA state and federal laws.

I am mobility challenged and need to use the inside scooter provided by CVS. When I went into the store the battery was plugged into the electrical outlet. I got on it and it wouldn't work. The employees apologized and said a new battery had been ordered but it hadn't arrived yet. I told them that this happened to me at this location two months ago and I was told the exact same thing. No major concern for the disabled here.

Had to get an emergency medication for my autistic son. No one answers the phone. No emails or communication until after 2 weeks, I got an email telling me my son's prescription was finally ready to pick up. Horrible!

AVOID THIS PLACE! This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They send texts telling me my prescription is ready but when I get there it's not. They say the texts are automated. WTF!. My doctor had to send : 2 faxes and call twice. Patients can't call and speak to a pharmacist they have a new system so you can leave voicemail and they'll call you back when they feel like it. They're so rude and each person behind the counter has different rules for filling a prescription. Different dates even! I think they don't realize we're coming in there to pick up medicine.

i was helped by kwanita at the pharmacy today and it was honestly really upsetting with the way she was not only treating me but other customers. she got annoyed with me when SHE was having a hard time spelling my name even though i nicely repeated it to her multiple times. she threw my medication at me along with others who she was checking out. her overall demeanor was also extremely not nice, she was talking to me and others with disrespect and attitude the whole time no compassion or anything. just cold attitude responses. it was just really upsetting as i was nothing but nice and respectful towards her.

I had used the Rocklin CVS Pharmacy for years until I ran into a young female behind the counter who obviously didn't want to be there. Thinking her snarky attitude was a one time glitch in her personality I soon realized, nope, that was her lifetime flaw. I switched pharmacies to another local center only to discover this must have been where she had been trained - everyone there was distrustful, bland and obviously just waiting for an opportunity to go home. So, I went back to CVS in hopes THE young woman was gone. Im now back at Rocklin CVS and all I have left to say is, "There's no place like home!"

This location is TERRIBLE!!! My original CVS location closed and was moved to this location unfortunately. I was getting a new RX filled with them. I got notified from the pharmacy the day the RX came in that there was a problem filling it and that I needed to contact my Dr. After calling CVS to find out what the problem was, I was advised by CVS my Dr. needed to get preauthorization prior to getting the RX filled. Never had this problem before. CVS told me that my insurance probably changed with the new year. OK. I called my Drs office; she submitted the request to my insurance for preapproval. After going back and forth between my Drs. office and CVS I was told on day 7 (1 week has gone by trying to get this problem resolved) by my Drs office that it was resolved. The day my Drs. office called me I called CVS to see if it was now being filled. Per there automated crappy system I was informed that the RX would be ready the next day at Noon. Yay! Figured it was good to go. The next day before heading across town to pick up the RX. I decided I better call to make sure that it really was being filled. I was then informed by CVS that there still was a problem even though their crappy automated system told me it would be ready at noon. Nothing telling me there still was a problem. After mod. the dosage I finally got meds on day 8. RIDICULOUS!

I’ve had two bad experiences in a row at this CVS pharmacy. The first, I had to run over during work hours to get meds for my husband. I wasn’t sure what I needed and the ladies there behind the desk were not very helpful. I had to get in line three times to finally buy what I needed, each time standing in a long line. Just recently, I went in to pick up a prescription. I was next in line and they told me they couldn’t help me because they were leaving for lunch. It was still 5 minutes before their lunch time, and my pick up would have been quick. Pretty frustrating.

I have been a loyal customer at this CVS for about 10 years. There are others closer to home but i go out of my way to come to this location because of the staff. They greet you when you arrive They are readily available to help you or answer questions The store is clean and organized They help you with coupons I have yet to experience the same elsewhere Thank you CVS Rocklin

They're so friendly. Always saying hello and goodbye. Pharmacist is very helpful and always takes the time to explain meds. They're fast and always apologize if they start to get backed up. Updating review. I can't say enough. Pharmacist CALLED ME because I usually pick up my daughters meds on Tuesdays and I was late. If she hadn't called me it would have been a bad situation. I work a lot and lost tract of my days. So thankful and appreciative. !!
