Excellent experience with Edward Collision Studios. I've taken my vehicle twice for various auto repairs and I highly recommend Edwards Collision studios. Their communication, service and attention to detail was excellent and I felt reassured knowing that my vehicle was in their hands.

I had an exemplary experience with Edwards collision Studios. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding reconditioning my 2001 Porsche Carrera. I had a comprehensive exterior makeover with wheels headlamps and paint job reconditioning. Also had the windows tinted. I have had the car for 23 years, it looks and feels like the new car I got so long ago ago.. Edwards collision and esspecial Joe was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to reassure me and give me confidence that they would do an excellent job. And they did!

I had an inoperable headlight and had the replacement bulbs in hand. I just needed the labor and expertise of replacing them. I was looking for a shop and randomly stopped by Edwards Collisions Studios today as I saw a few of the guys outside working with some other customers. I saw the AAA Direct Repair Network sign and that gave me a good feeling to start with that this could be a trustworthy place. I took a chance to see if they could help resolve my issue. They took the time and were so courteous and helpful. The office was spotless, had some Halloween spirit, the team was so professional, friendly, and the guys worked together. I didn't meet the owners, however, I believe stuff trickles downhill, so I believe they must be great to work for to have such a cohesive crew. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and the business. They saved me from getting a ticket and better yet, keeping me from getting into a crash with only one working headlight. I am so grateful and happy that I took a chance to stop by. They may be out of the way for some, however, they are definitely worth seeking out. Thank you so much to the team.

Edwards is an amazing company. After some dirtbag decided to break into my new Porsche Cayenne I felt very comfortable trusting all the repairs - interior and paint to Edwards. They kept me informed, as the interior parts had to come from overseas and took a few months. While I hope not to ever need this type of service again I fully trust Edwards Collision.

My experience with Edwards Collision started off frustrating, but they ultimately resolved the issues. Initially, I had to follow up regularly over the course of two months to check on the availability of parts for my car. Despite being asked several times to drop off the vehicle, I waited until they confirmed the parts were in stock. Unfortunately, even after confirmation, I was told at the last minute that they didn’t have all the necessary parts, which was disappointing.
Another issue arose regarding the price. When I first brought the car in, I wasn’t sure whether I would be using insurance. The original quote reflected that uncertainty, but once I decided to go through insurance, the price was adjusted. After I dropped off the car, I signed an estimate for $3,500. However, once my insurance paid out $4,003, I was informed that the price had increased to match the higher payout. As a single woman, this made me feel taken advantage of.
Fortunately, after discussing my concerns with the manager, they worked with me to adjust the price to a fair amount. While I wish the situation had been more transparent from the beginning, I appreciate that they took action to resolve it. Once the parts arrived, the repair itself was completed in just five days, and the team kept me updated throughout the process.
The repair work was excellent, and my car looks great. I just hope Edwards Collision improves their communication and transparency in the future, especially regarding pricing.

Took my Audi to them after I hit a deer, they took care of everything I needed, all work done was very professional along with their staff. They always kept me up to date on what was being done on my vehicle and got everything done in a timely manner. Shout out to their parts manager🙏🏻

Dropped my vehicle for insurance work after somebody had bumped it without leaving a notice. They took amazing care of us and our vehicle. Amazing communication and excellent customer service. Our vehicle was picked up clean inside and out.

I had brought in a Lexus 2016 and a Mustang GT 2020 for two fender benders that occurred at separate times. While maintaining an excellent customer service attitude and without making me feel belittled when bringing concerns up the staff at Edward’s were efficient, quick, skilled, and knowledgeable about their craft. They kept me updated and answered my questions in a timely matter as well. I recommend anyone to bring their car here if they want good quality service. I don’t usually leave reviews out of laziness but I just had to for these guys. Both cars look like they had before the damage. Just they way I wanted it.

Horrible communication and was lied to by the staff. Someone backed into 1992 Toyota Pickup that’s in great condition, and I took it to Edwards to have the door repaired. They told me they couldn’t replace the door with a new one since new parts aren’t manufactured anymore. Totally understandable. They told me they would search online for a used door in decent condition that could be installed, and they would get back to me within 72 hours. It took them over a week to get back to me, and every time I called they either wouldn’t answer or Steven was unable to talk. I finally got ahold of Steven and he told me they found several vendors who could provide a door, and he needed a day to sort through the options.I called several times over the following days to see what he found, but no response for another week. Two weeks later he finally called and said he never found any doors and they couldn’t help me. The most frustrating part is that I found a door at the Rocklin pick-n-pull in perfect shape. Super frustrated that I was told they found options and then said they never actually had any real solution, not to mention I had to pull teeth to get a response. Don’t take an older car here, they simply won’t care to fix it.

They are extremely efficient as well as professional with their work. They even fixed another non accident related issue with my side passenger panel free of labor charge. I was kept up via text through the whole process and communication was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!
