It was my first time in this establishment and as the saying goes first impressions last. Not in this case! It was a nightmare. I got my haircut here about 3 weeks ago and the lady who cut my hair was nice but boy, oh boy it took her five minutes to comb my hair -- all my hair to the front, 5 minutes, and then cuts all of them just like that --- does that remind you of anything? Yes, it's the trending YouTube layered haircut! And then that was it. Took her 2 minutes to cut my hair. And I do have long hair! That's $35 right there. What a joke! Unprofessional! For a layered hair cut it should take at least 15 minutes. I think this hairstylist from this establishment should be stripped from cutting hair and take away her certificate.

I came here for my first ever color and I got a balayage with Kim. It came out amazing and she was the sweetest person to spend a couple hours with! 10/10 recommend her!
