Excellent job. I had a few heavy pieces that I needed to move up stairs. The team was professional, quick and efficient. Made sure it was positioned correctly and wrapped edges to make sure they weren't damaged during the brief time it was disassembled and set against the floor/wall. 1 hr minimum (most are 2-4 hr minimum).

Matt is the owner who promises me things verbally that did not happen. Work was to be from 8-5 for 2 days. It was 9:30 -8 pm for 2 days. They were dirty and had no shoe covers to wear in my new home. They left my new home in shambles and we had to work for days ti get it functional. Several boxes of my clothes that were transported in boxes were DUMPED on the floor of my closet as they ran out the door and left. Do not use this company unless you get EVERYTHING in writing. They made me pay by check before they would even begin and now I know why. I called the owner ,Matt, when they didn't show up at 8 as I was told and asked for a call back which he did not do. I also wrote him a letter on 7/26 and asked him to call me which he did not. Be aware and get everything in writing. In fact, I would not ever use them again!

did a terrible job with our move. They did not box all of our household goods they damaged most of our furniture and alot of glassware and lost several of our items during the move. They deserve no stars !

Ernie's Van & Storage did a terrible job with our move. They did not box all of our household goods which I paid them to, they mixed our items with another move, damaged most of our furniture and lost several of our boxes during the move. They also charged us above the estimate they provided. Also, despite doing such a poor job with the move, their owner and management team will not return my calls and are trying to avoid accountability. Also, despite $10,000 in damage they caused, their Claims team is trying to say they are not responsible for lost boxes and are only offering $400 for our trouble. Atlas and Ernie's Van & Storage are not reputable or honest. As such, I would avoid them like the plague. Btw, Atlas left me with boxes and shelves from someone else's move when they delivered our things, and after 3 months have yet to get these items to the right owners. This company is irresponsible and unprofessional. One star is much too high a rating for them.

I've used Ernie's Van and Storage for one short, and one long distance move. Both estimates were accurate and reasonable. The crew for both moves were always professional, task oriented and friendly. They went above and beyond, setting up a heavy bed, and hanging a mirror for me. Both moves were completed on time, and what I consider, an exceptional job by all. I highly recommend Ernie's for any kind of move you make!

I chose this company for a long distance move...big mistake. On the first day, all of the packing was supposed to be done. However, only one packer showed up. The next day, several workers showed up. They did not do a walk-thru with me and assumed they were done leaving my expensive vacuum behind, etc. ...called the office and they were sent back to finish packing. I did some packing myself, but couldn't physically do it all as I am a disabled senior. Lots of items were broke, some had mold, and we are constantly realizing more items missing on approximately a weekly basis. (Several months have gone by) They got paid good money for the job. The service was terrible. I would rate them a minus five stars if I could.

We used Ernie's for a move from Penn Valley, CA to Sun Lakes, AZ. I look at three phases--the takeaway, the storage, and the delivery. The last two were tops. The takeaway was a problem. The packing/loading crew ranged from careful people to hurried, sloppy clockwatchers. They even forgot to pack and load a five phone digital phone system and a 29inch TV, and had to come back the next morning; and they did pack and ship a mirror, boat cover and propeller that were supposed to be left behind. On the other hand, the Driver and crew who brought our stuff to Arizona were professional and careful--first rate, deserving a 5, and clearly embarrassed by some of the packing they took off of the truck. We also were impressed with the lady in the office, Nadia White, who stayed calm, professional and helpful throughout, also deserving a 5, who managed to correct and/or deal with the earlier problems, including the return of the mid-shipped items. We've moved 30 times in or 60 years of marriage, and this move was the most "interesting!"

We had a fantastic experience with Ernie's Van & Storage! They were on time to pack, load, deliver, and set up. Everything was very carefully packed and transported. We had several difficult and fragile items and everything arrived safely. Everyone was polite, careful, and hard working. I can't recommend them highly enough. I hope we never move again, but if we do, we will absolutely use them again!

Just finished a two day local move with an Ernie's crew based in Rocklin. The three movers Shane, Henry and Justin did a great job. Friendly, accommodating to our many requests, worked very hard for two days straight, especially on some large heavy pieces going upstairs. No damage to either house. No apparent damage to any furniture or other property. Ernie's was the last and best of a few quotes we got and I am very happy with the entire process from getting a quote, to us having to reschedule the move three times, to the actual moving days. Would definitely recommend.
