Without notification they came to my house twice, didn't ring the door bell or knock on the door. I had no idea they had been here until I called to ask why I hadn't receive the package. I found out a tall man was at my door from looking at my security videos. The delivery man reached his arms up and put the notice at the very top of my door, knowing full well when I opened my door I would see nothing. We could have played this game for weeks. I am surprised that FedEx has such poor working standards, they are wasting time by not notifying a person they have a package and will be delivering it between certain hours. The AI system gives incorrect information. When I called again and managed to get a live person, he was very nice but I struggled to understand him. I am hard of hearing and he had such a high pitched voice.
It was a very important and time sensitive documents and even though there is a FedEx less than 10 minutes from my home I have to drive across town to pick up the package. FedEx seems to be very poorly managed.

I’m so frustrated this is the 2nd time they delivered my package to the wrong address. & when you try and call customer service to talk to a live agent about it you cant get through, this is so frustrating!

In the past 10 years, I have seen the USPS postal service become VERY unreliable for incoming and outgoing packages and mail. Many sent items and expected items have been lost or stolen. Even certified mail or return receipt mail goes missing frequently. Seems that USPS only really cares about your package if you use the more expensive priority mail. Even then with the tracked priority mail, I have had packages go missing. Unfortunately, if you have to ship to a PO Box then you HAVE to use the USPS. In those cases, I always use Priority Mail. UPS has a better record than USPS but still mistreats and loses packages. I have had the BEST success with FedEx. I have only ever had one package lost. According to FedEx it is still circling Nashville. When using FedEx I have the best service and experience when I go to the corporate ship point on Nichols Drive. This is where the packages go to anyway, so I go straight here instead of the FedEx Kinkos locations. I have had a MUCH better experience at Nichols Drive than ANY FedEx Kinkos location. Paulina is a consistently excellent employee at this location who always provides excellent customer service. I use the cheapest ground option and allow plenty of time for shipping when I can to save money.

The lady at the counter didn't understand that the two boxes came together as one shipping label, so she only took one box. I had to call the store and explained the situation

Waited all day for a package supposed to be delivered between 2:45-4:45. Was updated at 5 that they attempted to deliver the package whenever they did not attempt to deliver the package. Basically wasted my entire day. Driver would have left a door tag had they attempted but they didn't even attempt. Meanwhile FedEx truck parked outside my apartment was sitting there doing nothing for about an hour. I called customer service right after 5 to see what was going on or if they could actually attempt to deliver the package and the person told me they had no way to contact their drivers which has to be a lie because you let these guys go out and do whatever they want without any contact from a warehouse or anything. They said they will reattempt tomorrow. I told them I work and they said if they missed the delivery again I'd have 1 more attempt. Even though no attempt was made today. Just wasting my time. My apartment also has lockers for deliveries and couldn't have left it in there. This has just ruined my entire day off
It's a joke customer service has no answers for what would be simple move of having them to actually attempt delivery instead of getting their weekend started early and not attempting to deliver my package at all.
