The staff, including helpful employees like Justin, Kyle, Garret, and Chase, assist customers with various plumbing projects, answering questions and providing guidance. Many customers appreciate the knowledgeable team, which goes above and beyond to resolve issues, such as account problems. While the store may not have every part for every plumbing fixture, it offers an extensive inventory and even helps customers find alternate sources when needed. Overall, Ferguson Plumbing Supply is highly recommended for quality parts and outstanding service.
Store is well organized and kept well stocked. Justin, Kyle, Garret, and Chase have been very helpful helping me with all of my projects that I have going and are always able to answer my questions or point me in the right direction. This is by far my favorite Ferguson location in my area. They make it easy for us to dispose of and pick up parts for our jobs. Earl, Garret and Kyle are always helpful and knowledgeable.
