What a great company! They really have amazing customer service. We contacted them about an alarm sensor that kept going off in the middle of the night. The owner called us back the same day. He was the area and stopped by to check out our problem. He diagnosed it and they had it fixed the next day. You don't find service like this anymore.

Foothill Alarm Systems put in our alarm over 20 years ago and we have never had an issue until I tried to change our code and accidentally ended up reprogramming the whole thing. The last thing I needed before going on vacation is to have an alarm system that didn't work. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Foothill Alarm was still in business and even happier to get Justin on the phone. We identified what I had done wrong and while he wasn't sure he could solve my issue over the phone, he was willing to try. He was super helpful and walked me through each step and I am happy to report we can go on our vacation and trust that our alarm is working perfectly. I am so happy that we went with Foothill over 20 years ago and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an alarm.

This company is amazing, Michael did a wonder job installing and explaining everything to me! They we're here when they said they would be, and done when they said they be! They did not try to sell me more equipment than I needed, I have nothing but great things to say about this company!

We have been customers since 2008. Foothill is always responsive. They have taken care of our central vacuum system and our alarm system. We have been able to update all systems with reasonable cost. They are the best!!

What a dynamic company! You are not just a number with this company. When you call in you get an immediate answer (live person, not the option to listen to 27 options that you must punch on a key pad). I usually get Becky on the phone and she is friendly, knowledgeable and it's clear she likes her job and appreciates the customers. When it comes to install or upgrading, Justin will come out. Another positive presentation of the company. He knew his job, likes his job and treats the customer with the utmost care and respect. In my opinion these two individuals are an asset to this company. I'm sure other employees that work here, are fabulous as well. I can't imagine this company would hire anything less. Skip the "big" guys, and go with Foothill. You won't be disappointed!!!

Love Foothill Alarms! Johnathan is amazing. He has come to my house twice and fixed the door bell, broken intercom in garage, was able to trouble shoot and unclogged the central vacuum. He is very knowledgable and professional.

We moved into our house about a year ago. The doorbell on our intercom system never worked (even after having a friend who's a general contractor test it out). And our central vacuum started tripping its switch every few minutes. We got a referral for Foothill Alarm System from an HVAC company I admire greatly, so I thought I'd give them a try. They charge a service call for the first half hour, then another service call charge for each hour after that, which I thought was a bit strange. It seems it would give them incentive to work slowly. The service guy showed up a half hour into the two hour window of our appointed time, which I thought was pretty good. Since I had given them the model # of our central vac unit when we set up the appointment, he already had a new motor for it on his truck. He installed it in less than half an hour. Next, he checked our doorbell, and got it working in two minutes! He even checked the suction on our vacuum and did something to make it work twice as well as it did before. All this for a half hour service call! I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff and are very competent and honest.
