The Everette Apartments is a beautiful place to live. Residents are very happy. Maintenance is quick and accurate. The current maintenance man is respectful, kind and takes his time fixing things. He goes over and above the job and helps tenants. The community is quiet and staff are awesome. Some residents feel loved and satisfied with hard work. However, some problems exist. No one answers the phone. The door is locked during posted office hours. Emails about renewed insurance are sent but no call or email to renew lease. Hot water was out four days with no info on when it will be fixed. These issues are not great.
I love it here! I love taking walks in the neighborhood and I love that these apartments are by this beautiful park! Neighbors have been so nice and don't bother anyone. Staff has been pretty good. Especially the maintenance man Jose! He responds promptly and has been very helpful and friendly!
