I have come here a few times and there usually nice until I managed to get a hair cut from a lady who dose not know customer service and was really rude and gave attitude. She also managed to cute my hair uneven it’s not ok for 25$! I will not be coming back here. If you want a picture great clips feel free to ask

Great Clips always does a great job on my hair. I just show them a picture of what I am going for and they look at the notes. I have always been pleased and get lots of compliments.

The stylists are nice, but the online system does not work well. When u r finally told to come down, one gal will go on break, then the 2 people ahead of u show up at the last minute. You end up being called down about 40 minutes before you really need to be there. Not worth the wasted time.

This is the location I often go to for my monthly haircuts. A quick tap on the app for a check-in, and I get to choose which location to go to and how long the wait is. This convenience takes away the hassle of sitting while waiting for one's turn. I don't have a preference for one stylist, so I go with whoever I get appointed with. The cuts are usually quick as they have Clip Notes for every customer. A few of the crew are nice and chatty, but the bottom line is a cut I'm satisfied with.

Hoopala was not kind and i was not filling comfortable to talk and hair cut while getting my hair cut.she's not listen to me.I do like how my hair looks now. ? She obviously knows how to cut hair, but...Hoopala- While she was trimming my neck, it felt a little too close, and or the angle was off. attacked by a cat. Plus, the MVP experience felt a little rushed ? I do not intend for this to be a “ bad review” I’m just leaving an honest review.

I was in the neighborhood so I decided to get my haircut for the first time at this location. The big sign was not lit up so look for the neon signs in the window. The ladies there were super nice and friendly, and did a great job cutting my hair. The store was very clean and had a good selection of hair products.
