This HomeGoods is amazing! It was so large and well stocked and all customer service was friendly and helpful. They had tons of Halloween stuff and were adding more to shelves the entire time I was there. I live in Reno but will be stopping here every time I drive through!

Service was polite and friendly. Bought some very heavy vases and they were very helpful getting them into my car. Need to check weekly for great buys. Fun to just look.

Spent an hour here shopping. I walked away fromour cart for a few minutes and the staff took it and piled our items into restock. Not cool.

Rocklin Store - I was told by an employee to proceed to a register where Cashier #1 stood. Cashier #1 did not acknowledge me and continued to help Cashier #2 with a customer. Cashier #1 then volunteered to remove herself from her register to help Cashier #2s customer. I still stood waiting to be rung up by Cashier #1 while she left me standing there, still never acknowledging that I existed. The original employee who told me to go to Cashier #1 then took me realizing that I was not being helped. Upon arriving home I called and spoke to the manager in the privacy of my home so as not to cause a scene at the store. I've not seen that woman at the front registers since then. ? Kudos to the manager for following through.

I am not usually the type that would leave a bad review but the experience that I had today at this homegoods was baffling to me. I wanted to return a rug that I had bought about 3 weeks ago, the rug was in good condition, it did not have any stains on it or anything and I just wanted to return it and get store credit for it as I did not have the receipt but I did have the tag and I showed her my bank statement of the exact date I bought it. I understand that every store has their policies but the manager Cindy was not helpful at all and was really rude from the beginning, she was not willing to return it because she said it was not able to resale it because it had a couple crumbs on it, the rug was in a good condition and it was not as bad as she was making it to be, I was able to go to a different homegoods and they returned it for me with no issues at all, this was very unprofessional as I had worked in customer service so I know what a store manager can and can't do and when it came to making your customer happy and providing good customer service they lacked, definitely will never be returning to that location ever again!

I love this place. Excellent costomer service, friendly staff, And well organised. Clean bathrooms. Great selection of kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, bedding stuff, art work. Fun store to shop at with family ! I had a wonderful time shopping here with my sister Patty and niece Anabelle !
