I got my first ever dirt bike today, the E Ride Pro SS the staff were very thorough and helpful. I didn’t get her name but the lady who seems to be the boss took the time to make sure I had the range I needed and ensured I was as safe as I could be. I rode it from the Rocklin store to the Amtrak in Sacramento and still had almost 20% remaining.

We paid this place to diagnose the bike and charges us for a throttle. The bike is 2 months old. Son gets his bike back and it doesn't work just like the last time they went to pick up bike and it didn't work in the parking lot. The guy Jay said it's cuz Landon my son does wheelies. We are not happy. I'm going to spread this like they haven't seen if they don't want to back their work. Wheelies don't cause a throttle to not work while getting picked up or a week later. -Josh Nagelmann

I bought a light bee X for my son and he loves it! The staff is really knowledgeable the bikes are fast! Came back for a helmet and gloves.

We bought an Aventon E-bike from Hyper Rides. The customer service there is totally non-existent. The bike was delivered missing a part and I emailed, texted, and left voicemails without any response. Then there were some minor warranty issues with the bike so we took it to a different dealer for service (the dealer we should have purchased it from). Turns out that Hyper Rides wrote the wrong serial number on the warranty paperwork. Again no amount of calling and messaging them was effective in receiving warranty paperwork with the correct serial number on it. They have flat refused to provide it. These are simple requests that they cannot be bothered with. I will not be doing further business with them or recommending them to others.

Great customer service, Staff was very friendly and helpful A+++, The young lady working the sales floor was very easy to work with. Prices are just as good as online but you get real customer service. I will go back again. After the sale they continued to assist with loading up my bikes in my truck.

Very expensiveReplace two tubes with thornproof liners , $300. Another place charged me $40 for exact same work on my other bike.

Awesome place. Awesome folks. I purchased Roadrunner Pro and the Emove Cruiser S. The best thing when you purchase from Hyper Rides, they assemble all their products. Why buy online when this company stand behind their work. My advice, buy all your e-scooters, e-bikes from them. Mic drop.

I really wanted to like this spot...I went in to get upgrade parts for my 2023 surron x. I spoke with the guy in store and he seemed cool. purchased foot pegs and discussed the "lift kit" and handle bars which would cost $499 installed (he mentioned was not easy and time consuming).Brought my bike in today and I was looking at the upgraded surron XL...I asked the young lady in the store if it was a lift kit or just seat extender...she explained was a seat extender and showed me the basic process which she claimed took about 4hrsI looked up online and they mark up the parts 100% and every review said took no more than 30min and was super easy!!!!!I get that brick and mortar have overhead but that is crazy!so I ordered seat extender (better quality) from Luna cycle for $80also upgraded seat, skid plate, 2 tubes. then handle bars from Amazon and I'm all in at around $350!I don't mind paying for same day parts and service but I do have reservations about being over charged and misled about service time/difficulty....(Somehow they got my review deleted from yelp so I will now go on every review site and post this….if they did not try to bamboozle me on the time it took for work to be completed I would not have wrote this review!!!!)

Jay and Team are awesome! Was on the fence about getting an Ebike and didn’t want to buy anything online without getting a chance to ride it first. They are super responsive, considerate, straight forward and go the distance to ensure you’re taken care of before and after the sale! If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have discovered Himmiway! So happy I bought local and met such great people! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My husband’s idea of getting an E bike wasn’t too exciting so you can imagine how excited I was to go to a store to look at them. Am I glad I did! I haven’t been on a bike in years and the experience of an e-bike is like no other. But what made it even better was the owner, Jay and his wife. They made us feel like family, did not pressure us and were extremely patient staying after hours to answer every question we had. So nice to have great people and local store like this to support. Thank you! We love our Himmiways!

A month ago I came across Hyper rides, just curious to see what it is. Then, I discovered that it's store that consist of a variety of electric scooters and electric bikes. As soon as I step foot into the store, the Himiway Zebra caught my eye.I was greeted by Jay, he was very informative and shown me a lot of patience due to my lack of knowledge in the electric bicycle realm. I took all the information he gave me and slept on it for a few days. During those few days I have continuously keep in contact with Jay for he is an expert in this field.Soon enough, I pulled the trigger on the Himiway Zebra. It became one of the best decision I've ever made. The bike is overall fantastic, along with Jays responsiveness and knowledge.Given how a month has gone by, needless to say I still keep in contact with Jay regarding questions about the electric bike. Still till this day he continuous to assist me with my questions and very responsive on the return time.
