Overall, we are happy with our car. Sales was smooth but financing was not. My bank was unwilling to work with them so we ended up going with a different loan option. The APR that was communicated to us was different than what the bank told us. The bank said it was the dealership and the dealership says it's the bank. I would given them 5 stars otherwise. Come with your own financing is my recommendation.

I dropped my car off on Wednesday, my warranty company was not contacted until that following Monday. My car was there for 2 days without an update from anyone.

Make sure and ask for Neil or Tim! They were honest and knowledgeable, and helped me immensely by providing solutions to reach my goals based on my wants and needs. Their professionalism and excellent communication made the process easy and stress free. No pressure, just great customer service in a remarkably relaxed atmosphere. They were extremely polite, and really listened to me. Their relationships and contacts within the industry helped me get into a beautiful new car with very fair terms. My husband and I will happily recommend them to everyone!

The staff is always so friendly, courteous and efficient. We drive over 100 miles rather then use the local Land Rover dealer for all our warranty work.

I arrived at the Service Center during normal business hours. First rep just ignored me. After a few minutes I walked into the parts and they were professional (the only ones). I waited for a service rep and a gentleman came and asked me if I needed help. Linden was rude and condescending. Strike two. The service advisor arrived and I said that I have an issue with my secondary air injectors. Basic smog issues. He didn't know anything about SAI. So... First strike: no one home Second strike, condensing Third strike, lack of knowledge

Great cars, service needs some refinement. We own a Range Rover and a Mercedes…night and day difference between the level of service. There’s a high expectation when buying a premium brand automobile that is not only about the car. Service matters, who answers the phone, etc.An example of lack of customer support is when we purchased our vehicle and bought all the extra warranties like paint, tires, air purification etc. Recently our windshield cracked , fortunately it’s under the “extra” warranty we paid for. However when I called to make the set up the repair, they quoted me fees as if it wasn’t under warranty. I had to tell them, give them my warranty info…3-4 phone calls later it was taken care of. Who has time for that. That’s why we bought a expensive luxury vehicle in the first place.

Outstanding customer service: response time is quick, service techs share photos of the issue/concern I had, and coordinated a Lyft to my home, as I had no ride. They rearranged my scheduled service date due to my concern. And I'm grateful for that. A newer facility a state of the art. Keep up the good work and good customer service thank you

My Jaguar had a service light come on while we were on a road trip, 1000 miles from home. We called the emergency #, they had my car towed to Rocklin in less then an hour, and paid for my Uber to Rocklin 1 1/2 hours away. Our contact at Rocklin was Robert, he was so helpful, (I was a basket case) he got my car right in, helped us with hotel info, Charlie took us and picked us up. Fixed my car and had us on the road the next morning. Jaguar should be proud to have both Robert and Charlie as employees.
