The craftsmanship is top tier and unbelievable, with harnesses made on site that are customizable. The staff and owners are so helpful, sweet, and accommodating, offering exceptional customer support and service. They are known for solving problems and making custom products on the spot. Their pronged collars are a game changer. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and a great little store. Clients and a dog training business highly recommend it.
