I got a product they sold from another company that failed me. The company who made the product did not want to replace it but K9 tactical helped me solve the problem. I could not ask for better customer support.

This store and it’s employees are an integral part of the working dog community. I am grateful to be in driving distance to their store. Their craftsmanship and customer service are top tier. Plus, the puppies always have a great time.

Fantastic products and amazing service! I own a dog training business in Grass Valley and I only use K9 Tactical products. I also recommend all my clients purchase their gear from here. The staff has been really accommodating with last minute orders, and making custom products for me on the spot. Highly recommend!
