The staff and owners are so helpful, sweet, and accommodating, offering exceptional customer support and service. They are known for solving problems and making custom products on the spot. Their pronged collars are a game changer. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and a great little store. Clients and a dog training business highly recommend it.

Hands down the best place to get dog gear around. Family owned, locally produced products and everyone is friendly and knows their stuff. We're lucky to have the shop here in Rocklin.
