the doctor (dana) here is fantastic! she got me in and out in less than 30mins. very professional and to the point which is great when you’re trying to squeeze in appointments around your work schedule. if you need a wellness exam or blood drawn i highly recommend dr nickle here @ lapcorp in rocklin!

Well today was it. I can not tell you how many times I have been here to find it locked up and no one home. The staff is great, but if they are not there.... I know they are understaffed, but not fun when you have been fasting. It is time for this location to close permanently. As for LabCorp, I am no longer a customer. Good luck for the future.

Shout-out to the beautiful soul with the glitter shoes! Made my experience of providing blood so easy and stress free.
Location was clean, lots of parking, and smooth check in process.

I had an appointment on July 5th but they canceled the appointment for unknown reason. I reschedule the appointment for July 12th. I sit in the parking lot and check on via my phone per their instructions. I'm watching severely elderly people struggle to get out of their cars and walk to the door only to find it locked. I tried calling their location with no answer. I tried calling their customer service number only to play their phone option game. At this point it's 9:30 my appointment was set for 9:00. I will never go back to this location again.

They did an awesome job. Very friendly staff and very fast. My blood draw took exactly 5 minutes from the time I walked in the building to the time I left.I was at another LabCorp earlier in the day and they turned me away because they said they couldn't get me in before lunch. Lunch was 5 minutes away.This LabCorp did a fantastic job. Very friendly and very fast staff.

First time here for our companies annual tests. This place is dirty, dilapidated and the staff lady is completely indignant and rude. Their equipment is lacking and old but according to her "they are old but serviced every year so they are fine"The really gross part and probably a violation is that when she used one alcohol swab that was dry then she used a gauze she had set in the arm of the chair. Not sterile. When she had finished and tried to use the other one I told her no, it's not sterile. (Laying on a dirty chair arm that has constant people through, no thanks) she was annoyed. I will NEVER come back to this gross place.

Don't plan on getting in and out. They only have one worker. If you by chance thought you could call and make an appointment don't bother, you have to know up front that they only schedule online. unfortunately we didn't know this and came early hoping to get in before leaving town . Plan on wait at least waiting an hour and a half. they used to have more than one person working here but not today. I'll be trying a different lab next time.

I go to other locations once a month for the last 7 months for bloodwork. Never had any problems, first time at this location, the older lady that did my blood draw absolutely shredded my arm. It's been three weeks and I still feel the effects from it, she hit the nerve. Still cant extend my arm all the way without a lightening bolt of pain going down my forearm. Still can't do several exercises and lifts at the gym. The bruising has been visible for weeks just recently went away. I'll give you two for it being a quick service but won't be coming back to this location.

Scheduled my appt for a blood draw one month ago. Even though, my daughter told me to never use the Five Star Blvd LabCorp, it was the most handy for me. My doc told me to do a 12 hour fast, so I was furious this morning, 1 hour before my appt, I received an email that this site was not available today. Luckily,I called a number on the LabCorp website and someone told me there was another LabCorp very close to me and they took walk-ins. I went straight there and was treated immediately. Loved the staff and will make this my go-to place from now on. Next time I'll listen to my daughter. :))

very good, short wait time even though we did not have an appointment. Very professional, excellent on finding a vein to do blood draw. Very helpful explanation on how to do take home stool tests. I will make this my go to lab for any future tests..
