First time here for our companies annual tests. This place is dirty, dilapidated and the staff lady is completely indignant and rude. Their equipment is lacking and old but according to her "they are old but serviced every year so they are fine"The really gross part and probably a violation is that when she used one alcohol swab that was dry then she used a gauze she had set in the arm of the chair. Not sterile. When she had finished and tried to use the other one I told her no, it's not sterile. (Laying on a dirty chair arm that has constant people through, no thanks) she was annoyed. I will NEVER come back to this gross place.

Don't plan on getting in and out. They only have one worker. If you by chance thought you could call and make an appointment don't bother, you have to know up front that they only schedule online. unfortunately we didn't know this and came early hoping to get in before leaving town . Plan on wait at least waiting an hour and a half. they used to have more than one person working here but not today. I'll be trying a different lab next time.

I go to other locations once a month for the last 7 months for bloodwork. Never had any problems, first time at this location, the older lady that did my blood draw absolutely shredded my arm. It's been three weeks and I still feel the effects from it, she hit the nerve. Still cant extend my arm all the way without a lightening bolt of pain going down my forearm. Still can't do several exercises and lifts at the gym. The bruising has been visible for weeks just recently went away. I'll give you two for it being a quick service but won't be coming back to this location.

Scheduled my appt for a blood draw one month ago. Even though, my daughter told me to never use the Five Star Blvd LabCorp, it was the most handy for me. My doc told me to do a 12 hour fast, so I was furious this morning, 1 hour before my appt, I received an email that this site was not available today. Luckily,I called a number on the LabCorp website and someone told me there was another LabCorp very close to me and they took walk-ins. I went straight there and was treated immediately. Loved the staff and will make this my go-to place from now on. Next time I'll listen to my daughter. :))

very good, short wait time even though we did not have an appointment. Very professional, excellent on finding a vein to do blood draw. Very helpful explanation on how to do take home stool tests. I will make this my go to lab for any future tests..

This lab doesn’t have tests needed in stock and do not answer the phone or call back! Stay away and find another lab worthy of your time.

I get lab work done here every month. I usually get the same woman helping me. She's very nice and extremely accommodating. Today i walked in to someone new at the desk. She was extremely rude and not willing to check me in. She told me to wait until everyone else was done with their testing before she would help me. There was more than 5 people waiting. She told me if i made an appointment and came back there wasn't a guarantee she could help me. She needs to be fired. Very rude, no customer service skills what so ever

I came about 20 minutes ahead of my schedule and was greeted by Dayna. She is extremely pleasant and courtesy ... Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! I hate getting my blood drawn, but the phlebotomist here makes it tolerable. She is great at what she does! Very kind and comforting, too.

Would rather go to the DMV then this labcorp. They make you sign in but no one knows what they are doing there. Horrible, I had to leave after 30 min of waiting.....ALSO the lobby was totally packed, well above the 4 person limit they say on the sign on the door due to COVID-19. Great job at keeping the community safe........

I was just trying to ask a question and the women working there was extremely rude. I work in a medical office and I would never treat a patient this way.

The 5 stars is only bc of Dana who understands difficult retracting veins, which most techs don't! She will be my go-to tech now!
