I consigned my 2019 Keystone for sale. Suzanne, Kali and Jay were fantastic. As a seller I was a little frustrated with things they wanted me to fix before they would accept my trailer but impressed with the quality of trailers they sell. They gave a fair market appraisal and handled everything . I'm very happy and appreciative their kindness and professionalism.
I would not hesitate to either purchase or sell an RV with them again.

Wanted to sell my RV and had a terrible experience. Spoke with Jay and traded some emails. He needed more info, so I asked him to call me on a specific day and he never called. He called the following day and left a vm. Called him back within a hour of his vm and he didn't even know who I was....how can you forget who you just called? I Would never want them to handle a sale for me if they can't handle simple things like remembering a potential client!

I was excited to buy my first trailer little did I know i was buying a leaky dirty mouse poop covered trailer. How do you sell someone a dirty trailer for almost 30 grand. Do better

My family and I have been looking to buy a trailer for a very long time. Our initial inclination was to go to Camp World, however, Lemke RV had some of the best deals we had seen on trailers that fit what we were looking for. The entire purchasing process from start to finish was streamlined and help. Phil and his team were incredibly accomodating, Geo (Sorry if I misspelled the name) was awesome and helped me install my weight distribution hitch which was no easy task. This is the place to go if you want true customer service, folks. Big shoutout to the entire team over at Lemke RV Rocklin.

Came just to look with the family. Was greeted by Jay who asked us what we were looking for and then described what would fit those needs. Gave us the lay of the land and then let us roam freely. Truly an amazing selection! I fell in love with the Coleman pictured. Unfortunately not quite ready to purchase yet but when we are we will be back!

Bought a 2014 Sunseeker in July '24. I was told during the inspection process that the generator required a new fuel pump and I would be delayed picking up the unit for almost 2 weeks. Took delivery and was assured work had been carried out. I used the generator for approx. 2-3 hours while setting the unit up for a cross country move we were making (the reason we purchased the RV). 36 hours before departing on the move, the generator stopped functioning. I attempted to call Lemke but I was met with voicemail. I reached out and secured a last minute appt at the local Cummins distributor (generator manufacturer). The fuel pump Lemke's mechanic put in was not an authorized part and had failed after less than 4 hours of use. I reached out to Lemke again after paying $700 for Cummins to do the last minute repair. I did not hear from Lemke until I left a message stating my intention to file a small claims action and leave negative reviews on any site I could find. They then put me in touch with the mechanic they used for the job who stated he used the part he did because he was told I was taking delivery the next day. Fairly obvious they delayed sending the job to him. He offered to reimburse me for the part and what he charged Lemke for the work. That would have been a fair offer. The problem is they have ghosted me for the last month and have not followed through on making this right. I would avoid this dealership as they only deal with used RV's and, apparently, don't follow through with ensuring proper parts are used or fixing any issues that may arise because of those improper parts. Find a dealership that stands behind their RV's and the work they put in them. This is not it, avoid at all cost.

Hello to the team at Lemke RV !!
Me and my wife Christy want to give a big shout out for your whole team there. We were so happy to downsize as we get older from our large fifth wheel down to a more manageable class B little motorhome since it’s just the two of us all the kids are growing up now. So is a great experience got more than I thought for the fifth wheel. I believe it was her name was Audra that helped to detail the inside out that made it show worthy. I think his name was Chuck that had to fix a couple things at my expense and it was kind of nice to leave some of the kitchen appliances and things, dishes, etc. Cords that I wouldn’t need in the unit for the next. That only lasted about two weeks before we were on the road with our class B unit 2022 super nice inside and out nice and the miles were only 11,000 miles on it so the prices right it was still under warranty. I believe Mark was helping us out and J was supportive, and I don’t know what else to say. I don’t normally write these but they’re so worthy really Homie and polite with absolutely no pressure at all. And that’s very nice nowadays as you know our societies getting more router than politer. The team was great. The manager the same as Phil was super polite and top-notch. First class need to buy or sell. I’ll give them a call it’s I think you’ll be very happy about, the whole team. !!

Hello gang I really appreciate all your help for the sale of our double oxal trailer with one slide you're so happy that we moved up to a large fifth wheel and I can't help the staff enough period Jay was a great salesman a nice lady I think her name was Krista helped out and Phil I'm told as the manager was super polite almost felt like a family environment they had their little dog there as cute as a bug's ear period another gentleman helped out I think his name was mark but Everybody was helpful there with great detail on how to use the 4 slide unit and recommended A series of attachments would really help overall period we bought a unit that had been used and it came with extra folding chairs a barbecue and I can't believe it had like a 100 foot 220 cord which is worth a ton of money period any case good experience however I came in you go there if you're whether you're buying or selling period.

We had an excellent condition couple year old RV for sale. Dropped it off with the keys. It sat there during down season, then it was just gone. Funded for the agreed on amount. No issues. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

I received a callback about a pop-up camper. The guy I spoke to had the personality of a rock. They do not negotiate on cash offers, which is fine, but at least act like you want to sell something. We actually have money to spend after the selling our home. Their loss.

I tried to work with Lemke RV to consign my travel trailer after Suzanne reached out to me on Facebook. For two weeks, she “worked” on getting us an appraisal to see if the owner (her brother) would take in our RV. This included multiple phone calls, Facebook messages, and texts.
Every deadline she gave me came and went, with her knowing we were extending our stay in Sacramento waiting on her response. We finally had to move on.
She kept trying to talk us down in price saying she was just being very careful and didn’t think her brother would be able to sell it for our bottom line. When she finally asked him, he was happy with our price.
I do not recommend working with Lemke RV for consignment if Suzanne is involved.

We bought a travel trailer from Lemke RV February 2024. Thought every person we dealt with was nice and knowledgeable. Answered all our question and made the transaction easy and enjoyable. This is a family run business and we would recommend you contact them if you're looking for a recreational vehicle.
