I give 1 star because of convenience and 1 star because the preparer was nice. They charged me way too much extra just because I had more than 1 W-2. I should have just done Turbo Tax.

FAR better the commercial places! They optimize your return for situation. Retiring?? They are the people to use! IRA, Roth, etc. they help find a balance between with withdrawal values for taxes. Far less cost. They also lookout for Social Security/ Medicare and other impact from those large Retirement withdrawals.
And, they explain it, so can decide.
