Mallard Creek is a good company with friendly and kind people. Check-in is quick and easy. Drivers park on the street and are met at the Shipping Department door. Staff provide clear instructions to the two concrete loading docks, though areas are a bit tight. They offer an axle scale and provide final bills after loading. There is a convenient turn-around circle for trucks at the end of the street.

Mallard opens at 7:00 am. You can park in front of building the night before. You better be the first in line if not you'll be there a while. 30 minutes for loading. Good people working there.
