“I've purchased two mobility products from Turk's during the past year. A rollator and a PRIDE Go Chair. Since I can't walk on my own without severe pain (multiple lower back and right hip arthritic issues) - it's VERY important for me to be able to reach a "human voice" whenever I have a question or product issue! And at 81 yrs. of age, I've had my share of questions about the pros and cons of the various mobility models John has in his showroom! Yes, some of his models can be purchased a little less "on line" (BUT you have to assemble them!) and it can be a nightmare getting an actual "person" on the phone for even a simple answer!!! Turks has excellent customer service on any items they carry. That type of communication access ---when you're a senior AND handicapped is vital !!! John and Sherry run TURK ENTERPRSES like we all still lived in the TV sitcom "Mayberry" !! I hope others who need mobility items --take a ride to their showroom and meet John in person, "test drive" some of the inventory and support a local honest business here in the Sacramento area!”
“You know, a business like this and guy like Bill are really, really hard to find. This man and his crew are pros, are so nice and priced so reasonably. My plate cracked and I had to give a speech the next day--called six dentists including my own--nope. They weren't interested, they weren't available, they would leave me without repairs for 2-3 days, and they would charge $350. As for how one is treated? Most dentists could learn a lot from Bill--no shaming, no humiliation, no looking down on anyone, no attitude, none of the "how could you get yourself in this situation" tsk-tsking that goes on in the dentist's office--none of the usual judgments one can sense even if never spoken in a dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, it was all about helping me. This place is Superior, and Bill is my new BFF! Casual but professional office, efficient and expert work. I'll be sending business their way!”

“I saw Luke back in 2019 for my first pair of orthotics and he did an amazing job. I have been diagnosed (finally) with Lupus and Fibromyalgia so, comfortable, soft but sturdy orthotics are super important for me. He even cut a groove in where my tendon would ache and stick out when I walked, (when the foot naturally rolls as you walk) and that helped SO much. I just went back to get an update (upgrade) on my orthotics and it's 2024 now. They STILL lasted that long, wearing them everyday - BUT the heel of the orthotic was too deep and arch was falling/weak. He fixed it right away for a killer price (cause I don't have UCDavis anymore, which covered my 1st pair, I have medical now) AND I was walking out the door feeling pain still cause he added a lot more on, so I went back in after I left for about a minute or so, to see if he could shave off some of it, cause it was just too much, and he did! NOW they feel amazing on my feet and I couldn't be happier!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! If you have pain, GO HERE. They are incredibly talented and good at what they do. LUKE especially is awesome!!
