If I could leave negative star review I would. Made an appointment for 11/9 and dropped it off and went through what services I needed. I was made aware in that moment that a safety recall had to be done. I opted to wait for the vehicle to get car maintenance (service A) and the recall (service provider said wouldn’t take long it was a small fix). Checked in after the 3 hour mark and provider said the recall service was done just waiting on techs to come back from lunch to do the maintenance. 4 hours later I finally get my car back and asked for a discount for the long wait time. After the discount was provided and payment was made service provider gave me keys so I can leave. I asked for a copy of what recall services were performed and only then did he mention that the recall was not fixed. So I waited 4 hours to get an oil service and was lied to about my recall service being done? Absolutely horrendous service. Also saw that they didn’t put parts back the way they’re supposed to in the front bumper area so there goes $600 for an oil change and still have to come back to get them to install the front bumper right. Don’t take appointments if you don’t have time! Plain and simple. This is the 4th or 5th horrendous experience I’ve had here with them. Definitely will be the last. Please save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money at another dealership because this definitely isn’t the one.

Day 0- 8/13/24 11AM: Called this place and some one responded with please that they can take my appointment for 08/14/24 at 11 AM
Day 1- 08/14/24 10.30AM: Dropped my car at 10.30AM. The assigned service advisor Wayne was busy(always) ad they asked to meet another advisor next to him. I finished the drop off formalities and left the service center.
Day 1 - 08/14/24 - Called Wayne multiple times and no answer. Called the reception and they transferred the call to Wayne. Again asked the reception to get the status of car but no help and they didn’t call back. Reached the service center through Uber and Wayne updated that they didn’t had time to pick my car service and he updated they will look at doing on 8/15.
Day 2 - 8/15/24 11AM - Called the Wayne couple of times and no response as usual. Then called the reception again. She walked to Wayne’s desk and confirmed my car will be available after service by the EOD.
Day 2 - 8/15/24 2.45 PM - Finally Wayne’s called and updated they can’t do it today and they will look at it tomorrow but that is again tentative. He said they are getting lot of business and unable to focus on my car. Do you think a customer wants to know about your business?
Day 2 - 8/15/24 3.45 PM - Went to showroom to pick my car which is not serviced. Wayne was just apologize that they couldn’t do the service for 2 days. Car has been handed over after 20 mins of wait time.
If you are unable to do a service, please do not take appointment in the first place. Customer doesn’t need to understand your busy business
and adjust. Respect your customer, be courteous to them with regular updates. Available on the number that you provide to customer.
I wasted 5 hours and approx 75$ of Uber for the car that is not serviced for 2 days and will not be service for more days and good that I took a decision to take my car back.
For those who want to do a service here, please make sure that you are having enough time to deal with these guys. If you are in a busy job, this isn’t the place to go.
Very poor management and very poor customer service. I can’t give a zero star rating in google.

This place has turned into a mess since the transfer of ownership. On my second vehicle purchased here and now on my second service visit for this car. I got a timely appointment for a Saturday morning and when I arrived was the only customer there. I waited for 20 minutes while three service employees chatted it up before I finally walked in and asked what was up. Wait - it gets better. When I went to pick up my car I waited ten minutes before someone decided to man the cashier window. Once again there were no other customers there so it should have taken 5 minutes tops right. No. I waited another 20 and went and asked what was up. The young man did own his mistake and said he had brought the wrong vehicle down. Ten more minutes to get my car.All in all this place has lost its vibe with staff turnover, efficiency, etc. As they seem to have bought all the Von Housen dealerships in the area this will probably be my last MBZ as I can only imagine what the sales staff has turned into.

I had an excellent experience with my salesman, Ian. I had inquired online about my interest in the car and the price that I had to offer. Ian was more than helpful in making sure the car was in the best condition with the time I had. The things we didn't have time to sort out, Ian had stayed in contact with me and let me know when we could sort out the situation.

Still waiting on a cap for my roof on a G wagon I bought in May. My gas gauge still doesn't work. I have no clue when I'm going to run out of fuel. Envisions website is garbage and making an online appointment is useless on it. You'd have better service at a Kia dealership or just about anyyyyy car manufacturer.

I have a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin! Not only they sell the best luxury cars in the planet, but also all the staffs I worked with are so friendly and professional. A big shout out to Grace! Grace is very professional, attentive, respectful, and such a sweet lady to work with. She answered all the questions I had and worked and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. At the end of day, Grace made the car buying process easy and smooth. I am a happy customer and definitely will return in the future.

They no longer order parts unless you pay first and they won't take payment over the phone. Sorry, I'm not making the 25 minute drive a second time for you to order my $12 gasket. It's very clear that they don't care about retail parts customers. I'll order online, save money and wait the extra day for my parts.
